Microsoft PaintPaint is a drawing tool you can use to create simple or elaborate drawings. These drawings can be either black-and-white or coloured, and can be saved as various file types.

Starting Paint1. Click on Start button in the menu bar.

2. The ‘start’ menu appears. Select the programs option.

3. The programs menu appears. select ‘accessories’.

4. The ‘accessories’ menu appears. Select ‘paint’.

TEXT TOOLThe text tool is used to position and enter text into your graphic. The text can be of any colour or font installed on your computer.

1. Click on the text tool icon.

2. Drag the mouse to form a text box.

3. Type the text in the text box.

4. As long as the text tool is active, you will see the rectangular boundary around the edge of the text area. You can move this rectangle by clicking and dragging on it’s border or resize by clicking on the tab buttons at the corners and midpoints of the lane.
