DESCRIPTION

We are «Elba», a web-app for entrepreneurs and businesses. It does your taxes, payrolls, invoicing, handles the rest of the paperwork and does various magic stuff like warning you if your client has shady past. With complex feature-rich applications it is often difficult to define the set of quantitative metrics to evaluate the quality of design decisions and measure user satisfaction. We have been seeking a cheap way to get qualitative feedback from people using the product in their natural setting. We wanted to know which features they actually use and how do they feel about it. We have added a set of controls which allowed users to «like», «dislike» and comment each screen and pop-up window. All comments and opinions arrive in the «admin» interface, allowing to see overall opinion about different features and aggregating qualitative feedback about them.
