Sometimes when his juniors are not working as per his expectations he is used to help them to complete the work which is given by him and inspire them to work enthusiastically.

You can do & fear of failure He is saying the story of his

struggle that he lost his father at the age of 2 years only. He had to work at tea stall when he was studying in 5th standard. In 10th standard, he works in a ice factory in night duty for the expense of study. In college also he has work part time. He never loose hopes and work enthusiastically.

Message for youth

An advice for future engineers from him that to make buildings and machines in such a way so they do not harm the environment.
