WorkshopOverview:Theworkshopwillfocusoneffectivecomplexproblem-solvingthatrequiresknowledgesharingamongteammembers,andincludestwoparts:teambuildingandknowledgesharing.Thefirstpartwillserveasawarmup for the teams,whichwill includesomehands-oncollaborativeanddynamic teambuildingexercise. Then, the second part of the workshop will allow each group of participants to work as adymanicteamtodemonstratetheirknowledge,skills,andexperiences.Themainissuesatbothpartsoftheworkshopwillbeaquickandeffectiveanalysisofthesituation,whileworkingasadymanicteamtoset up the plan on how to solve the problems presented to the team. Knowledge sharing andcommunicationamongall teammemberswillbevital for thesuccessof the team.Thisworkshopwillallow the participants to engage with a group to achieve both parts, while bonding long-termrelationships. Inorder tobesuccessful,participantswillneedtouseavarietyofcommunicationskillsthatwillallowthemtocollaborateandbeaneffectiveteammember.Theworkshopwillalsoofferanopportunity for participants to reflect on the success of their group’s communication and knowledgesharing channels. At the conclusion, insights, based on the experiences gained by the teams will bediscussed.MainTopics:

AbouttheWorkshopFacilitator:BoštjanDelakisanAssistantProfessorattheFacultyofInformationstudies,inNovomesto, Slovenia,wherehe teaches:Evaluation,TestingandAuditingof InformationsystemsandBasicsofInformationSecurity.Hehasbeensharinghisknowledgewithstudentsformorethansixyears.Heisanactivecertifiedinformationsystemauditor.HeisemployedasinformationsystemauditorattheCourtofAuditoftheRepublicofSlovenia.Hehasmore than 37 years of experiencewithin information systems. Heobtained his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Faculty of Computer andInformationScience,UniversityofLjubljana,Slovenia.HehasalsoearnedhisMasterof Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering,UniversityofLjubljana,Slovenia.HegainedhisexperienceofinformationsystemsatIBMSlovenia,NLB–Slovenianbiggestbank,andat the ITAD,aprivate informationauditcompany.Heconductedmorethan80informationsystemduediligencesandmorethan100informationsystemaudits.Hisfieldsofinterest are: information system due diligence, information system analysis, and knowledgemanagement.
