Strengthening & Stretching muscles through the entire range of motion

Improves circulation, range of motion & decreases injury

3: Muscular Strength

Using maximum power when using your muscles

Builds new muscle

Time: short burst Type: sprinting, lifting heavy, push ups

4: Muscular Endurance

Using your muscles over an extended period of time

Hiking, raking leaves, curl ups

5: Body Composition

Amount of fat compared to muscle, bones and other lean body mass

20-25% healthy fat mass

Excess fat leads to health problems such as heart disease
