DESCRIPTION

These are the slides I used during a recent workshop I facilitated called Dragging HR out of the Dark Ages. It's purpose was to focus on disruptive technologies and market disruption to identifiy what opportunities and challenges would face HR now and in the future. The group were then asked to link these opportunities and challenges to the CIPD Profession Map behaviours. Flip charts and Post it's included with highlights of conversations.
