• Conducted First Meeting of the Business Services Advisory Group (BSAG)• Three Current Projects• Approximately 140 additional suggestions being prioritized

• Launched the “Post-award Business Process Improvement & Re-engineering” Project• Four Current Projects• Other projects identified for future
