5 Steps to Implement

1.Choose the Task

3. Work till the Timer Rings

4. Take a 5-10 minute break

How I use Pomodoro• 1st Working Session – usually 75 min long (drinking lots of water in between)• 1st Break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)• 2nd Working Session – 50 min (more water)• 2nd break - 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving. I can have a little

snack like a fruit or some nuts)• 3rd Working Session – 40 minutes (more water)• 3rd break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)• 4th Working Session – 30 minutes (more water)

• Big Break – Launch - (Salad + Fish)

• 5th Working Session – 40 min (more water)• 5th break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)• 6th Working Session – 30 min (more water)• 6th break – 5 to 10 minute (stretching, breathing, moving)• 7th Final Session – 30 min (more water) 

Total Working Time - 5 hours Total Break time - 1 hour and 30 minutes
