As we all know…

Some say there actually is…

The Challenges of Chapter

Leadership is about driving an organization from where it is… to where you want it to be.

But, before you can move an organization, you have to know who’s driving.

And you have to know the rules of the road.

The Challenges of Chapter Leadership

You are in the Driver’s Seat

Know where you’re going…

It’s about Goal Setting

How does YOUR leadership team determine its goals for the year?

It’s about …

The Personal Challenges of

Chapter Leadership

Some ARE born to lead…

But the rest of us have to figure it out

Who are you as a leader? Whom do you aspire to be? What do you want to
