Rotation Expectations:• Pharmacy Dispensary• Polyclinic Pharmacy• NMH Warehouse• Pharmacy Accounting

Each rotation has a list of crucial tasks which must be completed.

• Approx 6 Months– Each rotation is 5 weeks in

length• 5.5 days per week

– Except holidays• Preceptor must sign off

indicating the student has completed all crucial tasks and passed the rotation.– Student can still fail the rotation if

the preceptor feels substantial issues exist with non-crucial tasks.

• All rotations must be passed to be able to take the Final Exam.
