CONSTRUCTION PARAMETERS

Construction parameters:3a. Helicopters may be constructed from published

plan(s), commercial kits

Construction parameters:3b. A flat balsa wood disc, large enough to cover a dime, must be the upper most part of the helicopter.

Construction parameters:3c. Any materials except Boron

Improper handling of boron filament will result in fiber splinter!

Construction parameters:3d. Total mass of the helicopter, excluding the rubber

motor, must be 3.0 g or more.
