SETTING UP THE PARENT PORTAL FOR REQUESTS

PROS-• Gives staff maximum control.

• Allows you to operate without online transactions as you get familiar with iClassPro.

• With a gateway, you can still require Autopay information to be saved up front to collect payment.

CONS-• Cannot create charges or collect

payments automatically.

• More work for staff members.

• Greater potential risk of staff members accidentally overbooking.

SETTING UP THE PARENT PORTAL TO AUTOAPPROVE

PROS-• Can create charges & payments

automatically during checkout.

• Can automatically charge an anniversary fee if it’s due.

• Minimal chance of accidentally overbooking while processing both online and in-person enrollments.

CONS-• Registration is first come, first serve.

(No priority registration.)

• Eligibility for enrollment determined solely by age, gender, maximum class capacity/openings, and grade settings.

USING CUSTOM LOCATION HEADERS

SETTINGS > LOCATION > EDIT > PARENT PORTAL HEADER• Create a seamless experience! • Shows at the top of the parent portal.• Recommended size: 920px wide and

between 100-300px tall. • When clicked, redirects customers to your

web address (in location settings).

1. Logo & Announcements: • Add Your Logo to the Nav Bar • Change the Color Scheme • Add Home Screen Text/Images!

• Default Location• Default Session/Rolling Session• Classes and/or Camps• Class Tuition Amounts

& whether or not your require customers to login to see it.

that don’t meet class requirements.• Edit start/drop dates on requests.• Send email notifications to location email.

FOR REQUEST MODE- leave unchecked.

FOR AUTOAPPROVE MODE- check and then choose whether or not to:Charge Anniversary Fees • (select a program charge category & tax rate)Charge the Tuition Amount • (select a charge category & tax rate)Require Payment• (must have a gateway set up)
