SETTING UP THE PARENT PORTAL FOR REQUESTS

PROS-• Gives staff maximum control.

• Allows you to operate without online transactions as you get familiar with iClassPro.

• With a gateway, you can still require Autopay information to be saved up front to collect payment.

CONS-• Cannot create charges or collect

payments automatically.

• More work for staff members.

• Greater potential risk of staff members accidentally overbooking.

SETTING UP THE PARENT PORTAL TO AUTOAPPROVE

PROS-• Can create charges & payments

automatically during checkout.

• Can automatically charge an anniversary fee if it’s due.

• Minimal chance of accidentally overbooking while processing both online and in-person enrollments.

CONS-• Registration is first come, first serve.

(No priority registration.)

• Eligibility for enrollment determined solely by age, gender, maximum class capacity/openings, and grade settings.

between 100-300px tall. • When clicked, redirects customers to your

web address (in location settings).
