The program for this first level is divided in individual concrete boxes, leaving space for the circulation activity around them and creating a central, double height space, which defines the nucleus of the building, and establishes the visual connection between the factory and the quarter. The workshops level is a big see-through volume, lying in the upper part of the concrete boxes, which are proposed as balconies for the outdoor duties of the workshops.
