ASPIRA APARTMENTS | ENTRANCEFriendly and approachable. Contrasting colors add drama and help make
the entrance easy to notice for visitors and prospective renters.
ASPIRA | APARTMENT IDMaterials are combined in a simple way to relay the modern
sophisticated tone and style of the building interiors.
THE STATION AT OTHELLO PARK | BUILDING IDThe western side of the building faces the tracks of Seattle’s Central Link light rail. The main sign was designed for best viewing from across the street or by passengers zooming by on the train.
THE STATION AT OTHELLO PARK | BUILDING PLAQUESThese 9 and 12 inch plaques are located at key corners around the building.
Not only do they let pedestrians know what the building is, but they add a detail of class and a subtle “established” community feeling.
THE STATION AT OTHELLO PARK | EXTERIOR RESIDENCE IDThe idea of the “station” is hinted at with residence numbers running along a track.
THE STATION AT OTHELLO PARK | PARKING IDThe Parking ID takes its shape from the building logo.
The shape projects cleanly from the side like a sign at a “station”.
CHLOE APARTMENTS | BUILDING IDThe logo projects dimensionally from a background shape that mimics the
building’s architecture. The color matches the brand and allows it to be easily seen from the street. Hidden neon tubes make it shine with a sophisticated glow at night.
CHLOE APARTMENTS | INTERIOR IDChloe is named after a real dog who lives in the building. The building lobby has superb
high ceilings which were just “begging” for a subtle “tone on tone” logo.
CHLOE APARTMENTS | FRIENDS of CHLOE BULLETIN BOARDChloe’s friends from the building say “hello” by posting their photos to the bulletin board.
It’s a great way to build community. Talk about social networking!
BERNARD APARTMENTS | BUILDING IDThe sign was created using the logo and simple dimensional materials.
The profile was kept in low and clean to match the exterior of the building.
BERNARD APARTMENTS | LOBBY MURALThe Bernard Apartments are named after the grandfather of the owner. Bernard used to
have his business on the same location. It was only fitting to give a nod to the family history in a clean stylish way while matching the intent of the interior design.
