• Tried new PDMS method
• Preliminary results were encouraging
• Contamination ended the experiment
Universal Cell Migration Assembly
Created our own version of the assembly using PDMS and a 24 well plate
First AttemptGoal was to create a column that would adhere to
the bottom of the well when pressure was applied by lid of well plate
Next Try
PDMS columns much stronger although diameter is larger

• Boundary very well-defined
• Images easily reproducible
Control
• It appears more cells have migrated
• DAPI again ineffective
