Syscob has been involved with Australian exporters since 1983 and electronic data interchange (EDI) with AQIS and ACS since 1991. We offer both Commercial and Statutory EDI for ICS & EXDOC compliant high volume software solutions.

We also offer a professional & confidential agency service for those who have a lower volume or do not want to get involved with Digital Certificates required for direct electronic communications with the ACS’s CMR-ICS system.

Data Tables•All data (ie. Customers, products, etc.) is saved into tables to be re-used, queried or printed.

•These tables are available at data entry time within each relevant field (as pop-up tables) for easy data selection.

•Export-It Plus arrives with a large amount of non sensitive (common) data already installed.

Invoice Entry Screen

• All post shipment documents stem from the invoice. The invoice is built up from data contained in the sale contract, so most of the invoice is already completed.

• Health & Phytosanitary Certificates & Certificates of Condition can be applied for from AQIS at the touch of a button.

•Invoices can be created from electronic data (RFPs) sent from the packer or producer.

Print Control Screen• Documents are printed on to plain paper from almost any type of printer.

•Documents can be viewed on screen prior to printing.

• Documents can be printed individually or as a group with the quantities able to be changed at any time.

Report Writer

•Reports can be generated by the user from existing data – Contracts, Invoices, or even from the Database Tables.
