Amoena designers have mastered the art and science of creating cohesive

collections. In the Fall/Winter 2016 line, color and texture work together across all

segments as unifying features. The result is both effortless and ageless, delighting

merchandisers and consumers alike.

With artistic depth and ultra-modern sophistication, Amoena’s fall/winter effort highlights trends that are speaking boldly

this year, like textural complexity. In fact, Amoena is stretching fearlessly past the industry’s mastectomy comfort zone,

giving pocketed lingerie consumers a bold, design-led way of thinking, including some options for mix and match.

“There’s a real need for us to provide these gorgeous choices to women,” says Amoena‘s Global Head of Marketing,

Malissa Magyar-Mack. “No one else is designing so boldly for our customer. Supporting her as she takes today’s ‘next

step’ in her journey is at the heart of our design.”

The full collection includes, as always, pocketed bras, swimwear, sleep sets, daywear, workout wear, loungewear, hats

and headscarves, in styles that incorporate high-tech features for performance and comfort.

Katja Mathies, Product Designer for Textiles at Amoena, shares her inspiration for the line: “We had so much fun with

the depth of texture in this season’s trends and palettes – and we think our customers will, too. The laces and effects are

unexpected, and highly tactile. But at the same time, she can trust that all the features she loves are still there — soft

pockets in every style to hold a breast form or enhancer, and incredibly fine craftsmanship that ensures comfort and a

great fit.”

Several of Amoena’s popular lingerie styles return with fresh colors and details —and there are exceptional new styles to

surprise and delight. The Parisian-inspired Seduction line definitely demands a second look, with eclectic sets in colors

that buzz with intensity, while the Swimwear line features colors and styles that pair classic silhouettes with unique global

and tropical motifs.

Amoena active, home, and leisure wear explores a modern grouping of earthy, natural tones, with more tops and t-shirts

in versatile grey, plum, and classic black. The casual styles create a pleasing, comprehensive wardrobe of pocketed

clothing for an on-the-go woman.

Cruise 2016 Collection Overview

Amoena’s Cruise 2016 collection color palette warms up to the sun in deep blue and silver, with whimsical print

added in to hint at summer’s brightness.

All Amoena suits are made with special fabrics, such as LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ designed to protect the suit for long

lasting wear and also provide control and comfort.

Swimwear

• The Cuba group’s elegance mirrors the courage and character of

Amoena consumers, with a high neckline in the one-piece and

silver detailing for sophisticated glamour. A high-waist panty for

the two-piece set is exactly on-trend.

• In homage to the lively spirit of Rio, host

of the 2016 summer Olympic Games, a multicolor print lends a

playful mindset. Available in a flattering tankini top and a shapely

one-piece with detachable ties, your sparkling personality shines

through most of all.

Swimwear Features

Underarm: Amoena swimwear is cut slightly higher under the arm for extra security, without providing excessive

coverage.

Bust shaping: An elastic underband and special shaping of the cups

holds breast forms closely against the body so it won’t slip down or fall

forward, even in a wet swimsuit.

Standard leg cut: Amoena swimwear has a standard legline—not cut too

high or too low—suitable and flattering for most figures and all ages.

Sizing: To ensure the best possible fit, many of the styles in our range are available in different cup sizes. Most styles come in either a B or C cups with a smaller selection offered in A and D cups.

Pockets: Amoena swimwear has specially designed cup pockets to hold breast forms securely in place. Our pockets are accessible from both the top and the side, making them easier to insert a form.

Standard back: Generally, the back of our swimsuits sit approximately 6 to 7 cm below the bra line.
