Bristow Group’s Americas Region comprises operations in North America, South America, Latin America and Trinidad. The regional director for the Americas is Samantha Willenbacher, with headquarters in New Iberia, Louisiana. In North America, Bristow has operated for more than 50 years and primarily provides crew transport services to offshore drilling rigs and production platforms in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. Clients consist mostly of international, independent and major integrated oil and gas companies. Prior to 2010, Bristow operated as Air Logistics in North America. Among Bristow’s strengths in this region, in addition to its operating facilities, are Bristow’s advanced flight-following systems and widespread and strategically located offshore fuel stations.

Bristow Caribbean Ltd.

Bristow operates from a base located at Trinidad’s Piarco International Airport. The company also provides certain engineering, training and operational support services to the Trinidad and Tobago Air Guard.

Cougar Helicopters - Bristow owns a 40% economic interest in Cougar, the largest offshore energy and search and rescue (SAR) helicopter service provider in Atlantic Canada. Cougar has approximately 280 employees and operations are primarily focused on serving the offshore oil and gas industry off Canada’s Atlantic coast. Bristow currently leases helicopters and shore-based facilities to Cougar, including state of-the-art helicopter passenger, maintenance and SAR facilities located in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Lider Aviação - Bristow owns a 41.9% economic interest in Líder, the largest provider of helicopter and corporate aviation services in Brazil. Líder has five primary operating units; helicopter service, maintenance, chartering, ground handling and aircraft sales, and provides commercial SAR and medical evacuation services to the oil and gas industry. Líder also has a vast network of over 20 bases distributed strategically in Brazil, including locations in Macae, Rio de Janiero, Sao Tome, Urucu and Vitória.
