• In first quarter of ’08 employee total avg. 118 split between Amenities and Operating Departments 50%-50%

• By end of ‘08 employee total avg. 146 with the split becoming 60% amenities and 40% Operating Departments.

• ’09 budget projects FTE’s for year to avg. 162 with the split being 67% amenities and 33% operating departments

Membership Key Points• Medallion Membership saves 10% when property owner joins Golf, Tennis and

Fitness• Initiation Fees

– Homeowners in Big Canoe must pay initiation fee if they don’t join amenity within 90 days of closing

– If property owners primary residence is within 35 miles of Big Canoe then they must pay initiation fee

– Fees currently• Golf $ 3,000• Tennis $ 500• Fitness $ 300

• Once a property owner joins an amenity the commitment is for 12 months

• Resignations require 30 day written notice• After 12 month a property owner may

upgrade or downgrade their membership without paying initiation fee

• Free round of golf on your birthday• Discounts on private and group lessons• In addition, members can participate in trips and vacations arranged for

members, attend member-only dinners, events, and parties, play in inter-club matches and enjoy reciprocal play with other clubs, and a 20% pro shop discount on soft goods.
