Informal Recruitment process, planning a new philanthropy and also hosted a Holiday CoXi for all the
wonderful sisters!

We will be celebrating our Founder's Day on April 13th, 2013 in honor of our founding sisters. The event will take place at our chapter house (114 E. Fairchild St.) from 9:30-11:30, in which breakfast will be served. All alumnae are welcome!

Dance Marathon
Sigma is so proud of the 26 ladies who participated in Dance Marathon this year! These amazing and dedicated women raised over $15,000 alone! Also, the Alpha Xi Delta Sigma Chapter was in the Daily Iowan for giving “goody bags” to the sisters who danced over 24 hours to support the cause.
Informal Recruitment Sigma is so excited to announce that we have recently welcomed 15 new women into our chapter through Informal Recruitment. Sigma is now at campus total with 125 women!
Step it Up – AmaXIng Challenge For the first time this spring, Sigma is hosting a 5K Walk/Run philanthropy dedicated to Autism Speaks! We are all excited to try something new to help support and bring awareness to Autism! If anyone is interested in getting involved with this please contact Sam Merrell at [email protected].
This December the women of Alpha Xi Delta hosted a holiday CoXi for all the sisters! During this CoXi we exchanged gifts through a secret snowflake and had delicious treats and had sisterly bonding activities. These activities included things such as putting up the Christmas tree and decorating the house for the Holiday season!
