Incoming Exchange Team (ICX) The Incoming Exchange Team (ICX) is responsible for engaging in targeted market research, developing of a professional network, engaging in sales, and in establishing business partners with different organizations who will take international interns.

Description The Business Development team member (TM) will engage in sales activity, to the point of signing contracts with businesses who will take international interns or trainees (TN’s.) This sales activity includes cold calling, warm lead generation, and other activities deemed necessary by the incoming Global Internships Program (iGIP) Leadership Team, as well as the Executive Board (EB). Directly accountable to the Vice President of Business Development. Expected time commitment is 57 hours per week. This position will last from February 2014 to May 2014.
Main Responsibilities Cold Calling The Business Development TM must make cold calls throughout the week. This includes:
● Market research ● Company research ● Identifying decision makers in companies ● Recording of all results in Podio and other platforms deemed necessary by iGIP Leadership Team
Sales Blitz The Business Development TM will help implement, and iGIP sales blitzes. This includes:
● Lead generation ● Education of other AIESEC Chapel Hill members

Account Delivery Manager AIESEC Chapel Hill iGIP Team | Account Delivery Team | Spring 2015
Description The Account Delivery team member (TM) will engage in negotiations with business partners, conduct talent sourcing and facilitate the reception process for international interns or trainees (TN’s.), as well as any other duties deemed necessary by the incoming Global Internships Program (iGIP) Leadership Team, as well as the Executive Board (EB). The Account Delivery team member will be directly accountable to the Vice President of Account Delivery. Expected time commitment is 57 hours per week. This position will last from February 2014 to May 2014.
Main Responsibilities Business Negotiations The Account Delivery TM will engage in business negotiations. This includes:
● Working with companies in the triangle business area to create job descriptions for an international intern. Talent Sourcing The Account Delivery TM will conduct talent sourcing for business partners hiring international interns or trainees (TN’s.). This includes:
● Sourcing for international interns that meet job descriptions by using the database myaiesec.net, Podio, and by contacting other international AIESEC chapters.
● Reviewing and short listing applicants who applied for positions by carefully reading through CVs and having an initial Skype interview with short listed candidates.
Reception The Account Delivery TM will facilitate the reception process for international interns or trainees (TN’s.). This includes:
● Facilitating the processing of J1 Visa paperwork, social security paperwork, and all financial information for international interns or trainees (TN’s.),.

Outgoing Exchange (OGX) The Outgoing Exchange team is responsible for helping UNC Chapel Hill students become exchange participants and go abroad for an internship or volunteer experience. Members will assist exchange participants in the process of matching with a traineeship (internship or volunteer experience), providing preparation and support before they leave, & reintegration when they return to the US. Outgoing Global Community Development (oGCDP)Team:Members are responsible for connecting undergraduates to volunteer opportunities across the world.
Outgoing Global Internship Team (oGIP): Members are responsible for connecting students and recent graduates to paid international Internships experiences across the world.

Description An Exchange Participant Manager (EPM) is required to engage in student sales activity, as well as aiding exchange participants with their search for an AIESEC program. Each Exchange Participant Manager will be placed in a subteam with a specific focus (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service). As a member of oGCDP or oGIP , you will be helping students find opportunities abroad that will allow them to experience a different culture, hone their professional skill set, and develop a global mindset. The Exchange Participant Manager (EPM) will be directly accountable to the Vice President of oGCDP or oGIP. Expected time commitment is 57 hours per week. This position will last from February 2014 to May 2014.

● Engage in market research to identify interested audiences around campus. Student Sales and Logistics The Exchange Participant Manager will engage in student sales. This includes:
● Promote AIESEC's international exchange programs to undergraduate students at events throughout the semester. ● Develop effective and engaging information sessions to attract prospective exchange participants. ● Aid in generating revenue for our AIESEC committee by sending students on exchange.
Account Management and Customer Service The Exchange Participant Manager will engage in account management. This includes:
● Successfully manage and guide 34 exchange participants in their search for an AIESEC program. This includes searching the database for AIESEC programs that fit the Exchange Participants' interests, providing necessary assistance throughout the process of matching an exchange participant to an internship/volunteer opportunity, keeping contact with the exchange participant while they are abroad, and helping the exchange participant reintegrate once they return.

Description The Social Media Manager is responsible for designing, developing and growing AIESEC Chapel Hill’s online social media presence to build brand awareness. They will work closely with the rest of the Communications and Marketing team to plan, schedule, and coordinate social media campaigns that correlate with pushes and events. They will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing social media performance with analytics and summarizing information qualitatively and quantitatively. The Social Media Manager will be directly accountable to the Vice President of Communications and Marketing. Expected time commitment is 57 hours per week. Description This Functional Track Consultant will serve as a consultant to the other functional tracks (ICX, OGX, Communications and Marketing, and External Relations) in terms of creating and managing their budgets. The member will have to maintain consistent contact with their assigned functional teams, including by attending some of their team meetings. Additionally, some miscellaneous duties may arise such as assisting in tracking return on investments of events and other local committee expenses.The External Relations Team Member will be directly accountable to the Vice President of Finance. Expected time commitment is 57 hours per week. This position will last from February 2014 to May 2014.

The member will assist the VP in searching for funding opportunities and play a major role in writing and editing any applications or paperwork. Additionally, some miscellaneous duties may arise such as assisting in tracking return on investments of these events and other local committee expenses. Expected time commitment is 57 hours per week. This position will last from February 2014 to May 2014.
