Major Job Responsibilities
To set the general plan of the production process..*
*To manage and operate the factories at proper quality levels and ensure production
resources, i.e. Human resources, Administration issues, Budget, Machinery, raw materials,
packing materials, safety and health systems in coordination with the Managing Director..
*To meet all production quotas on time and as per agreed business plans
*To ensure regular maintenance of the factories machines and equipment's.
