Where is the Agency best placed to invest its energy and resources to gain the maximum possible return? What is working and not working in the current environment.Review the current Policies and Procedures used within the Agency to streamline and improve.Farming and Business Generation. What are the agencies current generating systems/processes and are they working? Identify the most effective systems and produce a workable plan.Identification and delegation of Tasks/Ideal Roles and Functions. Determine what current and future tasks and responsibilities can be passed to other team members. Who is the most suited and best equipped to carry out the task? What is required to transition? 12 Month Marketing Plan. Develop a cost effective and leverage based marketing program for the next 12 months.Blockages to progress wrap and De-brief.
