ALEX A. GARCIA, CPA, President. Alex has over 30 years of real estate experience, including head of asset and portfolio management for IRE Real Estate Funds, a national real estate investment company, and Prudential Insurance Company as investment manager for real estate investments and developments.

Alex has been personally involved in over $2.5 Billion in real estate transactions, including sales and management of over 5,000 residential units and 5 million square feet of commercial space throughout the Southeastern United States. Additionally, he successfully handled the management and liquidation of 11 public real estate investment funds with underlying assets worth over $500 Million.

A graduate of Florida International University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting and taxation, and licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker in Florida.

Most recently, Alex was President and founder of IL Villaggio Realty, a leading luxury real estate firm in South Beach and served as Chief Operating Officer of Multiplan USA, developer of IL Villaggio Condominiums and Shoppes of IL Villaggio in South Beach, and Bayshore Palms, a 5-acre site in the Brickell area of Miami, where he directed the land purchase, MUSP approval, re-platting and turn-key project sales..
