    Hello,

I would like to express my interest in applying for the open position on the AdvisoryCommittee.

I have been serving and selling clients in the health insurance market for over 20 years. Ispecialize in individual health insurance, small group health insurance and Medicare. I'm anindependent broker with a keen interest in the bigger picture of healthcare and the way we asproducers, providers, and policy makers, are changing the delivery, as well as the cost ofhealthcare. I believe I can bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table based on my longhistory and experience in this field.

As treasurer of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters Ihave developed an interest in the policies of healthcare. In February I traveled to WashingtonDC to attend Capital Conference and was inspired to get involved. We had an opportunity tomeet with our Congressional Representatives where I learned the importance of politics in thehealth insurance industry. I believe I can use the skills and experience gained in my time as aproducer and advocate to advise and contribute to the issues and operation of the Exchange.

Please find attached my biography. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Sincerely,

    Molly
