Computational thinking is a problem solving process that includes analyzing data, data modeling/abstractions, identifying and testing possible solutions.

Having a presentation of information using PowerPoint allows one to easily analyze
and compare the information provided.
Some people may not have MicrosoftWord, so an alternate option is PDF. Click “Save as Type” and select PDF. Then publish it by using HTML and check your website to see if the link works.
One of the most common uses of a spreadsheet is to chart financial information.
First organize your information into a table.
Then select the information and choose a chart to
display your information.
On Alice, one can program animations by step-by-step processes. In Lab #6, we
created frog animations, in which the frogs jumped
into the pond.
Programming forces one to learn to think logically. It also
helps one learn how to break down
problems into small, digestible
pieces.
