HISTORY OF ELOPTIC ENERGY DETECTION

Development in an instrumented form dates fromthe basic discoveries of Dr . Albert Abrams ofSan Francisco just after the turn of the century .We owe these discoveries to a moat unusual andfortunate combination of circumstances : First,Abrams had had an exceptional medical training .After qualifying to receive a medical diplomain California before he was old enough, helearned German and graduated in medicine withthe highest possible honors from HeidelbergUniversity . Second, he had inherited greatwealth and could afford to spend a long time doingpost-graduate work in Heidelberg, Berlin, Paris,Vienna, and London, under the foremost researchersof the day . Later, his wealth allowed him tofinance his own researches and contemptuouslyignore those who accused him of using his discover-ies to make money . Third, he became a pupil andlater the friend of Hermann L . von Helmholtz, one of the great scientific figures of the time, who aroused his interest in the burgeoningscience of physics . This stimulated him to tryto correlate the laws of biology with the lawsof physics . Last - and perhaps moat important -Abrams by nature was an exceptionally perceptiveand persistent observer . Little escaped histrained observation and he counted no effort toogreat in trying to find the cause of some phen-omenon he had noticed .

In 1910, while examining a patient with acancerous ulcer on his lip, Abrams detected asmall area of the abdomen while yielded a dullnote under percussion with his fingers . Afterfurther tests he made the remarkable discoverythat the dull note could only be detected whenthe patient was facing West .

This suggested thathe was dealing with a phenomenon, perhaps of an"electronic" nature which was influenced by theEarth's magnetic field .

This led the ever-ingenious Abrams to connecthis patient with a wire to a healthy young man,and he made the further discovery that the cancerous "emanations" from the patient induced adull note in the same area in the young man'sabdomen . Later he found that the presence of thepatient was unnecessary - a sample of his bloodwas sufficient to induce a reflex action in theabdominal muscles and to produce a dull note .

Convinced by now that he was on the track ofsomething important which might help him tocorrelate the laws of biology and medicine, hemade teat after test, using patients who weresuffering from a variety of diseases . He foundthat each disease yielded a dull note in one spec-ific area of the abdomen ; and he thought thathe had found a new tool for diagnosis until heobserved that samples from syphilitic patientsyielded dull notes in the same area as a samplefrom cancerous patients .

Undaunted - and believing that the "emanations"from diseased blood were electronic - he intro-duced a variable resistance box into the circuit .By varying the resistance, he found he could"tune out" different diseases and could assignto each a value of ohms . He names his discovery"the electronic reactions of Abrams" or "E .R .A ."and had one of the finest instrument makers ofthose days make moat accurate resistance-boxes . For many years these were used by Abramsand his pupils in the diagnosis of disease .

Some of his pupils found the art of percussingthe surface of the abdomen difficult to acquire .For them Abrams found an alternative method :stroking the surface of the abdomen with a glassrod . When the emanations produced a reflex inthe muscles under the akin, the rod wouldencounter resistance and the skin would tend topucker .

Early in his experiments it occurred to Abramsto try to find the effects of well-known anti-dotes for certain diseases . When, for example,he put a sample of quinine into his apparatusalong with a specimen of malarial blood, he made

another basic discovery ; the radiations fromthe quinine neutralized the radiations from themalarial blood and eliminated the dull note .This led him to apply E .R .A . to the treatmentof disease . With the aid of one of the foremostradio experts of the time, Abrams devised aninstrument he called the "oscilloclast ." Thiswas connected to the patient by a wire and elect-rode and produced intermittent negative potentialsand radio frequencies . In circuit was a res-istance-box tuned to the value in ohms of thespecific for the disease, which he had determinedwith his diagnostic instrument . Abrams and hispupils had great success in treating patients withthe oscilloclast and the instrument was in usefor many years .

With tireless energy, Abrams worked on hisdiscoveries up to the night before his suddendeath in 1924 . He made many discoveries, thesignificance of which have yet to be fullyexplored . But, despite vast expenditures of timeand money, he was never able to find an effectivesubstitute for the human mind and body as a

detector . Though substitutes for the abdomen havebeen found and are in use today, in every casethe human mind and nervous system are essential .

Fortunately, imaginative doctors from allover the world came to San Francisco to take postgraduate courses in E .R .A . Thus, Abrams' influence extended far beyond his own clinic andothers were inspired to follow in his footsteps .Some of them have made great contributionsto the development of what has come to be calledradionics . But the present science owes itsorigin to the basic discoveries described above, which might never have been made but for theexceptionally perceptive genius of Albert Abrams .

Most of the medical doctors who had takenAbrams' courses were so successful in diagnosisand treatment and so busy with grateful patientsthat they had little time or inclination to do muchresearch . But the publicity given to the"Electronic reactions of Abrams" had excited theinterest of imaginative people outside the medical

profession and had encouraged them to experimentfor themselves .

Radionics owes its next great impetus to apioneer of radio, Thomas Galen Hieronymus, formerly of Kansas City, who produced some ingenious instruments which used vacuum tubes for"amplification" and condensers, instead ofresistances, for "tuning" . To Hieronymusbelongs the honor of being awarded one of themost unusual patents ever granted by the UnitedStates Patent Office . This patent - No . 2,482,773 granted in 1949 - describes an instrument forthe 'detection of emanations from materials andmeasurement of the volumes thereof .' Thisincluded a radio-frequency amplifier, variablecondensers, and a noninductive resistance . Butthe heart of it was a prism thru which theemanations passed . As a detector, it used arubbing-plate, which, by this time, many wereusing instead of a human abdomen . When theplate is stroked, the fingers encountertactile resistance or "a stick" when the eman-ation is tuned in .

ELOPTIC ENERGY INSTRUMENTS

At present, there are three different ElopticEnergy Instruments produced by Advanced SciencesResearch and Development Corp . They are,(a) The Analyzer, (b) the Rate TreatmentInstrument, and (c) The ELOPTIC Beam Projector .

The (a) Analyzer can be used as an analyzerand as a treatment instrument .

The (b) Rate treatment instrument is for treat-ing on a specific rate .

The (c) Beam Projector is for treating with aspecimen and a Reagent .

The Analyzer is equipped with two Rate Dials .The Left hand dial is referred to as the Con-ditional Dial and the Right hand dial as theLocation Dial .

The Rate system is divided into two systems, the Double Dial and the Single Dial Systems .In the Double Dial system, both dials areused as shown on the Analysis Chart where 9 - 49is the double dial rate for General Vitality,2 - 76 is the Double Dial rate for the Heart,92 - 83 is for the Lungs, etc .

Refer to the second page in the Alphabeticallist . The Appendix is shown as 3 - 8 for thedouble dial rate and -66 for the singledial location .

NOTE : When a number is shown as -66, it meansthe right hand dial . When it is shown as 60-,it means the left hand dial . Think of the(-) as the middle of a double dial rate, e .g .2 - 76 . The (2-) is on the left, and the (-76)is on the right .

II . PICTURES

S P E C I M E N S

I . FOR USE AS SPECIMEN, (PEOPLE OR ANIMALS)

A . Handle Q-Tips cautiously with Kleenex ; orwear gloves . Have subject take Q-tips inhand, stick both ends in mouth, dampen withsaliva, break Q-: :p in half, put both endsin test tube . Do not cork tube untilsaliva is completely dry . There is thedanger that the Q-tip will mildew . Amildewed specimen mus t not be used .

A specimen works the same way for animals .Dampen the Q-tip in the animals mouth .Break, and put both ends in the testube .

A . Polaroid snapshots are very good for useas specimens . The background should beplain without inclusion of walls, furniture, trees, bushes, etc . If the background isbusy with many inclusions, trim the subjectout of the snapshot, taking care to cutboth sides of the paper, and leave themattached to each other .

If you are usinganother type of picture, be certain thatthe negative has not been destroyed .

Aerial photos must be used to treat oranalyze conditions of any large amount ofarea, such as a grove, orchard or farm, orforest .

III . BE CAREFUL NOT TO CONTAMINATE YOUR SPECIMENS

A . ALWAYS HANDLE SPECIMENS VERY CAREFULLY . PICKTHEM UP WITH KLEENEX IN HAND TO COVER PORTIONOF SPECIMEN YOU TOUCH, OR WEAR GLOVES .A PICTURE MAY BE CUT WITH A TAB ON THE SIDETO HANDLE WITH . A TEST TUBE SHOULD HAVEA LONG TAB, OR BE HANDLED WITH FORCEPS(TWEEZERS) .

THE TACTILE SENSOR PLATE

On the portable Hieronymus Instrument, theTactile Sensor Plate is located on the lowerright-hand side of the panel . It is black, lustrous and very smooth .Place your right hand on the plate as in

diagram 3 . Tips of fingers should beresting on the plate, as well as the upperpart of your palm . Move your hand in acircular, clockwise motion . Perhaps if yousprinkle a little bit of talcum powder on asmooth surface, then place your right hand onthe board and powder, your hand will slidemore smoothly . After putting the powder onyour fingers and upper palm, wipe both handstogether, so that powder remains on your righthand, but does not smear the plate .Make a saliva specimen of yourself, or

use a picture of yourself . Put the specimenin the well . Set the left hand dial at 9- .Set your right hand dial at -49 . This is therate for general vitality . Look at theIntensity dial . Put your forefinger of yourleft hand beside the knob (by the pointer onthe Intensity dial .) Move your finger tothe right, slowly pushing the knob around thedial . Move your right hand (fingers andupper palm) around the Tactile Sensor Plate, slowly, at the same time you are moving theIntensity Knob to the right around the IntensityDial . When you feel the "stick" with yourright hand on the .Plate, stop moving theIntensity Dial .Note the figure on the Intensity Dial, then

move it slowly back to the left, and countthe turns until the painter is back on 0 .Record the figure, or value .EXAMPLE : 9-49 335It has been noted that in years past, the

readings of such intensities were lower thanthey are today . We have found that with theincidence of the rise of energies in the air, such as radiation from the bombs exploded inthe upper atmosphere, the T .V . and radio

energies, Radar, Microwave, etc . the readingshave increased in value .

Practice is the keynote of becoming a goodoperator of this instrument . Please do notintentionally affect the instrument with yourmind . This is not a psychic generator . Itis an accurate, efficient analyzer andtreatment unit .Look at the Panel of your Instrument . Locate

the Neutralizer Switch . Use this switch toneutralize the well after you have finishedworking with the specimen . If you neutralizeyour specimen, inadvertently, throw it away,if it is a Q-Tip saliva specimen . If it isa photo or snapshot, lay it aside for a fewdays, then check the 9-49 again, to see if itis recovering it's vitality. If it has not,it will be of no further use for analyzing ortreating .The well should be neutralized after every

use of the Analyzer, after you have removedthe specimen .

REAGENTS

The rates in this book are sufficient forany work you will need to do in practice andexperimentation . Treating on the rate isa very good method of getting the resultsyou need to accomplish, by treating outnegative conditions .We have found that some substances we

can use in the well with the specimen whiletreating., will hasten the results we desire .

Put into teat tubes the substances andcork them. These substances may be herbs, prescription drug samples, common kitchenremedies, such as grapefruit, fresh orangejuice, vitamins, food supplements, etc .Always test the Reagent against the specimen's

9-49 . If it lowers the 9-49 in any givencircumstances, it is contra-indicated . Ifit raises the value of the 9-49 of the specimen,it is indicated . If it lowers the intensityof the negative condition (left hand dial)and raises the intensity of the specimen, thenit is indicated .

If you can find a Reagent which raisesthe vitality 9-49 of the specimen and lowersthe intensity value of the condition you wishto eliminate, then it is indicated . Forexample, 3-37, or pneumonia in the bronchialareas, intensity 347, : The Reagent in thewell with the specimen should lower the valueof the 3-37 to 0 or a very low intensityreading .When you collect Reagents, the ones you

find of value should be numbered . We suggestthe number be put on top of the Cork .Keep a numerical list in a notebook, and

an alphabetical list, for finding those youneed in a hurry .

TREATMENT PROCEDURES

Note : Extensive observation and experimentationhas shown that degenerative diseases conditionslike fistula, cancer, TB, Lupus, Emphysemahas causes behind causes, behind causes . Ex-perience has shown that the order of treatmentbeat follows the regime and order listed :

I . Remove immediate infection--staph, strep,virus'

2 . Check for and remove systematic poisons,such as : a . metallics, b . DDT and relatedC . industrial poisons, d . environmentalpoisons (from air and water), e . drugs,f . parasites, g . radiation administeredas a treatment .

3 . When all poisons and infections are elim-inated :a . remove inflammation (55-) in location

(T on 55-R)b . remove congestion (40-) in location

(T on 40-%)c . Check NCI (burn) levels and treat

accordingly .4 . Pay particular attention to and treat

system in which problem is located .a . Digestive system is from mouth to rectum .b .

Circulatory system includes. _allelimination (lungs, Liver, Spleen, heart, skin, kidneys, etc .)

5 . Patient is best treated from controlledlocation (such as hospital, nursing home, etc .) where they can be physiologicallymonitered .

b . Strict attention should be paid to diet, water purity (test) sugar levels, andbalances .

7 . Check hypo (77-) and hyper (22-) of variousorgans and systems-- If they will keepcentered, progress to step 8 . If not, recheck for poisons, metallics, drugs, etc .

8 . After all these and check and recheck, re-building and regeneration of organs andfunctions can start to take place . Rememberthis condition was not caused overnight .

9 . Because of the possibility of Karmic con-ditions and due to the degenerative natureof such diseases, it is absolutely necessaryto work in complete cooperation with thepatient, doctors (if possible) and thepatient's family .

10 . If and when hangups in treatment occur, refer to special supplements on :a . Environmental poisons and drugsb . Implant mechanismsc . Dark forces and Killer psychic forces

(Star War Rates)

LAST BUT NOT LAST REMEMBER :

1 . This condition probably required manymonths and or years to progress to whereit is and will require time to doproperly .

y . Keep going for the cause behind the causebehind the cause, etc .

TREATMENT PROCEDURES

When you have determined what to treat, andthe rates on which to treat, place the specimen£n the well with the dials set on the pre-determined rates . If you wish to use aReAgent, place that in the well with thespecimen, after checking to see if theReAgent will lower the reading to 0 or verynear 0 . ReAgents sometimes may be combinedto obtain the desired result of 0 reading forthe negative condition in any given location .

When determination is made as to treatment, turn on the power switch, for the treatment .Then check the condition in the givenlocation every ten minutes .

Ascertain if thecondition is diminishing in intensity . Ifit is not, then it is necessary then todetermine if there is any "holdl,,g energy" .Check your specimen for 29-, 5-, 4-, 2-,97-, 46-, 3- (on the left hand dial) . Ifany of these are found, it is necessary thatthey be treated out before you proceed withtreating out the original condition, youbegan treating .

WARNING : This instrument is built to bepowerful . Be certain to check the intensityof the condition for which you have set thedials, every 20 minutes at least . There isno need for treating further at this time ifthe condition has been reduced to 0 . Intreating some negative conditions, it isnecessary to check the specimen for thecondition daily for several days . Sometimesyou will find a condition may have arisenagain, tho at a lower intensity value . Treatit out again, and also look for any "holdingenergy" values that may still be there . Ifthese are present treat them out again . Youwill find that this treatment may be comparedto peeling an onion . It is necessary, as Dr .T . Galen Hieronymus has taught us, to find

Page 17: ADVANCEDSCIENCES RESEARCH.nd DEVELOPMENTCORPORATION, In.. · 2016. 4. 2. · advancedsciences research.nd developmentcorporation, in.. e l 0 p t i c d i r e c t o r y by: dr. t. galen

"the Cause behind the Cause behind the Cause" .

When you are learning to operate theinstrument, it is necessary to be patient andpersevering . Never release your interestin eliminating any given condition until youhave obtained the results you desire .

If it is difficult and time consumingto look through many rates for the answersyou need, we suggest "scanning the location"to find the conditions with the greatestintensity values . These are the key to theelimination of the condition . Without thelocation, you may "scan" the Condition (withthe left hand dial set on the condition) tofind the location .

You will find a lot of"junk" conditions, but treatment on the highintensity conditions will eliminate mat ofthese "junk" conditions .

Keep your mind clear, and your interest keenwhile you are working with the instrument .

TREATMENT NOTES

1 . Water is the greatest absorbent agent we haveto work with .

If you have contaminated yourspecimen in the teat tube with hot, sweatyhands, hold the test tube with forceps(tweezers) under the faucet and turn the wateron. Let it run over the test tube for aminute or so . Carefully wipe dry with apaper towel or tissue, being careful not totouch the tube with your hands .

2 . When you have run an analysis with the ElopticRadiation Chart, look for the organs witp thelowest intensity values . These are the onesto "scan" in order to find the cause of theirlow intensity emanations .

3 . A high Pineal intensity reading and a lowthymus indicates possibility of Cancer .Check the specimen for all cancer rates, andtreat out immediately .

4 . In cases of suspected cancer, check specimenon 38 .5-7 .5 . If found, treat out . This ratefor Asbestos is usually found with highreadings of Cancer rates .

5 . In cases of poison, check the stomach, -32 .for poisons, kidneys -23, liver -29 . Checkthe heart 2-76 . If reading is low, treatpoisons out of heart, when you check and treatother organs . 10-70 is a heart stimulantrate, which may be used (or treated on) asmuch as 20 minutes at a time .

6 . When treating plants, always use a Reagentwhich raises the 9-49 of the plant, and lowersthe 9-49 of the insect pest . Never useviolent poisons to treat a plant which bearsfruit or vegetables you will be using for food .

In some cases, you will know where the troubleis located but you do not know the cause ofthe trouble . Take the case of trouble in theAppendix, set the location, -66 on the right handdial and try such conditions as experienceindicates such as 60- for Strep ., 34- forStaphlococcus, or 16- for Aluminum Poisoning .

You may suspect the trouble to be TobaccoPoison, so you set the condition dial for 12-(Tobacco poison) and then set the right handdial for first one location then another untilyou have found all the places where there istobacco poison, e .g . - 12 mucous membranes,-74 lower lung, -93 upper lung .

Measuring the intensity . After setting thetwo rate dials, you will want to measure theintensity or the amount . Rotate the intensitydial as you try for a reaction on the reactionplate . Stop rotating the intensity dial as soonas you get a reaction on the plate . The amountindicated by the intensity dial is then writtendown .

SCANNING . Suppose you know the location but havenot found the condition, with the location set, slowly rotate the other dial (condition dial)as you try for a reaction on the plate . Whenyou get a reaction, stop and measure the amountor intensity, then continue to move slowly, note, SLOWLY , not too fast, rotate the conditiondial until another reaction is indicated .

A- 1 9

Often, one of the double .the same as the singlealways . Most of the

dial numbersdial rate, but

time, two single

will benotdial

rates can be combined .

For example, combine a condition with alocation, 60- is to be combined with -66 tomake 60-66 which is 60- Streptococcus with -66the Appendix .

In this method, you will get many conditionsthat only show a low amount . Look for thehigh ones . Follow the same proceedure thenthe condition is known but not the location .

7 . When treating Diabetes (5-70) remember thecause . This could be heavy metallic poisons,(16-, 41-, 52-, or 80- .) Check -34 (Pancreas)for these before treating it for anything else .In cases of mental confusion, or aberrations, always check the pineal (16-28, and -28) foran intensity of heavy metallic poisons, or fora tumor in the -28 location.

8 . Nickel poisoning (41-) is responsible for moatcases of teeth loosening . It will be found inthe Periosteum (covering of lower portion of,the

within the gum) and should be treatedout immediately . (41-25) .

9 . Uremic poisoning may be found in the skin(-42) or in the subcutaneous tissue, in somecases of kidney infection, or diabetes .Treat out from time to time until you areable to remove the cause .

10 . For impotence, treat 34-2, 60-2, 5-91, 6-87,3-9, and 10-81 .

11 . To boost vitality, when adrenals are lowerthan 9-49, treat 3-9 for 15 to 20 minutes .

The ELOPTIC EMANATION ANALYSIS CHART

This Analysis Chart is the result of manyhundreds of tests made on patients with varyingkinds of illnesses and diseases .

A little over thirty organs and parts of thebody and half a dozen conditions will be foundon this chart . Naturally, there are many otherparts of the body that can be analyzed but wehave found, from experience, that running ananalysis to begin with on those shown on thechart will give almost all of the informationneeded by the operator so that he can knowwhere to look and what to look for to find thetroubles to which the patient is subjected .

Relationships between the values shown for thevarious organs on the Analysis Chart of aparticular patient will indicate certain things .For example, when one organ or gland is highand one low, it predisposes towards a certainphysical alignment ; when certain glands, more then one, are too high, it predisposestowards other conditions .

The operator, with experience, will soon learnhow to observe these indicating trends fromthe visceral analysis and then he can go to thedetailed checking of the pathology in thevarious locations . He can write thesevalues, with the rate required, in thePathology column as shown on the Analysis Chart .
