member workout history available for your staff! ALWAYS REACH YOUR MEMBERS With push notifications, your members won’t miss the next bootcamp or the latest gym program. When sending a message for your clients or members, a notification will pop up in their phone telling them there is a new message from the gym. Notifications will also show up for new or edited programs, Invites, messages or coaching from your gym and PT. WORKOUT TIMER To get your heart pumping, we´ve added a timer in the Advagym app. The timer is available for exercises having duration as a metric. Select an exercise like burpees from a program or quick start button. Press the timer at the bottom of the screen, set duration and press start. For ease of use you can place your phone at a distance. Press the timer to bring up in full screen and listen to the sound cue when reaching the end. PRINT PROGRAMS FOR EXERCISERS With Advagym you can skip the old flipchart. Create a new program, customize, make notes and print. To print a program, select the program in the list, select settings and print. Print is available for both PT and gym programs. Comments to exercisers will be included, if available. The picture of the PT or logo of the gym will be added in the printed program. Print is a great function to handout a program for clients and members or share by mail.

MEMBERSHIP TIME EXPIRATION In order to keep the member list up to date, a gym can automatically remove inactive members. A time interval can be set in weeks, months and years, which will set a expiration date on all the members. If the chosen interval has passed since the member last visited the gym, the user will no longer be a member on this gym in the Advagym service. Find this setting in Gym / Settings / Advanced --> Member expiration time. WORKOUT HISTORY FOR MEMBERS Gyms with policy turned on, can now see each member workout history in the member list. Note! The gym MUST have a privacy policy added under gym settings. Once turned on, the members MUST accept sharing their workout data for the gym to be able to see their workouts. Both staff and admins can see this by going to: Gym / Gym members / Gym member / Activity.

INSTALLER ROLE A gym can now add "installers" as roles whom will have access in the support app to install a gym. Note! Installers will NOT be able to access the web tool. To add an installer, go to Gym/Gym Roles/Add Staff/Admin - select installer and email. The user will get an email to get started. If the account doesn’t exist, the user will be guided to create an account.
