NPCC has once again proven to our VALUED CUSTOMERS that ,when it comes to executing very complex projects, NPCC IS THE CONTRACTOR OF CHOICE. The project was in the study and planning stage within ADMA for several years before finally being tendered and awarded to NPCC in April 2010. During execution, the NPCC TEAM surpassed all expectations and delivered better than target on various counts. HSE record was outstanding despite the challenges of working in a massive brown field project. The focus and Leadership on HSE by the entire team was something to be truly proud of. Even the execution methodology was revised post award, introducing early offshore campaigns in order to enhance the work environment ,thus improving HSE and efficiency. The Safety Moments preceding each meetings always shared relevant and timely lessons from Client/NPCC/PMC and Third Parties and focused everyone’s attention to the key challenges ahead.

New ideas were studied and proposed to the Client to introduce by-passes for various operating systems in order to optimize the scope during the shutdown and drastically reduce the 30 day shutdown duration. The new “INNOVATIVE” strategy enabled a significant part of the planned shutdown scope to be shifted to pre or post shutdown. This was a major achievement that had a very positive impact onADMA production targets and was highly appreciated by their Senior Management and Shareholders. It clearly demonstrated the uniqueness of this organization in constantly RISING TO THE CHALLENGE. ADMA adopted the strategy for a subsequent project, ZWSC.

Engineering for the brown field project without the benefit of accurate “as built “ information was a challenge that NPCC took head on and succeeded. We also overcame the clashes that were introduced due to shortcomings in the design processes by another Contractor working on a parallel project. Other than the Main Oil Pumps, our Procurement efforts were well aligned to meet all the project expectations. The New Accommodation Platform  was successfully completed , installed and commissioned two months ahead of the contracted completion date. The offshore campaign was very well managed, two barges were deployed as planned and an additional third barge, SEP 450 was deployed for a short duration to overcome challenges. Success is attributed to excellent TEAMWORK across all Departments in NPCC . The ADMA Teams from Projects and Operations embraced the same spirit recognizing fully that we all deliver the best outcomes when we are all aligned. Excellent FLEXIBILITY was demonstrated by all to overcome all challenges faced. Thanks go to everyone who contributed to this great success. Everyone should be proud that they were part of a project that was a WIN FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS.    Best Regards, Shaffique Al Dhiyebi.    From: Fateen Rayya (NPCC) Sent: Tuesday, March 19, 2013 9:14 AMTo: Shaffique Al Dhiyebi (NPCC)Subject: FW: ZCSC Oil Diversion to Das FYI From: Atanu Mukherjee Sent: Tuesday, March 19, 2013 8:58 AMTo: 'Aqrar A.
