2. Install Developer Tab

• Install Developer Tab
• 3. Click on Office Button
• 4. Then Click on Power Point Options located at the bottom
• 5. Select Show Developer Tab in the Ribbon
• 6. On the Developer Tab click on the Textbox icon on the Controls section

A drawing i-bar will appear.
Hold down with your left mouse and draw a box the size you desire. The box will be white.

7. Active X Control Textbox Properties
To apply properties to your ActiveX textbox right mouse click on the ActiveX control Textbox and click on Properties.The menu to the right will appear.
Here is where we will define the text color, textbox fill, Textbox border color, text alignment within textbox, Font type, text size, etc

8. Active X Control Textbox Properties
To change the Fill Colorof the ActiveX textboxclick on
The down arrow by Back Colorand select palette, then Click on textbox colorof your choice.
To change the Text colorclick on the down arrow by Fore color then click on Palette to choose color.
To change textbox bordercolor click on Border color,
Then click on Palette, then chose color.
10.To determine font size, bold font, type of font click on Font, then click on down arrow by font.
To determine text alignmentclick on the down arrow andchose alignment.

9. View Your Active X Control Textbox
To see your masterpiece you must view your presentation. Give it a go and type in either an x or o like you would in Hollywood squares.
NOTE: to clear your answersinside of the presentation just left mouse click inside of the ACTIVEX textbox and hit backspace on the toolbar. This will erase the text.
Outside of the presentation you must right mouse click n the ACTIVEX textbox and click on Textbox object, then click on Edit textbox, then backspace to clear the text.
