Automotive Industry hasdrastically improved itscompetitiveness in the last 10years. I would also like toappreciate the industry'sefforts in improvingOperational Excellence whiledelivering world-classproducts. India now needs anew direction for Excellence.It is important to sustain thealready gained momentum inOperational Excellence andmove to focussing on MarketExcellence.
