    Dear delegates of ACHIEVE 2011,

    AIESEC in Bulgaria has gathered special people to create and deliver a conferenceto be remembered among its members. We, the amazing conference team of facis,CCs and chair, will use our diverse cultures, backgrounds and experience to supportyour learning and development process and your future in the organization.

    This conference will bring together people from different realities and with differentexperiences students, businessmen, entrepreneurs, change agents. There will bemany stories to be told and many stories to be heard .

    I welcome all of you to bring your curiosity, fearlessness and excitement and joinus in the creation of the story called ACHIEVE 2011 conference !

    Alumni Event

    Behind the current achievements of AIESEC Bulgaria stand all the leaders andmembers who have been its part for the last 21 years. We would like create an

    open space everyone who would like to meet again in the atmosphere full of joy, just before the elections of the MCP 2012/2013.

    The goal of the event is to raise money to enable 10 AIESECers to participate inan international conference EuroXPRO in March 2012. To make it real we are

    aiming to raise 2 500 BGN.

    The event itself is made up from following parts:

    Preparation for the conference

    All delegates from the LCs should prepare: LC Roll Call(s) for the opening and closing plenariesLC Shout(s)

    Chief Delegates: Make a list with the delegates from your LC . Collect all information of your delegation

    that is necessary for registration in the hotel .Keep communication with the CC team before and during the conference

    Make sure your delegation is familiar with the whole information about the conferenceWith the help of the MC VP F collect the delegate fees for the conference.

    What do you need to bring with you? ID card - we will need it for the hotel registrationA cup - think about the environment.
