Login Process Step-By-Step Guide

Step 2 – If you are using an unregistered computer, you will be asked to verify yourself using the existing authentication methods.

If you’re using a registered computer, this step will be skipped.

Step 3 - After entering credentials, you will see a notification of the changes to the login process that have been made. Click OK to continue to next step.

Step 4 – You will be presented with the phone number on file for your User ID. You can choose to verify your phone number now or perform this step during a subsequent login within the next 30 days.

If you choose to verify now, you can modify your phone number if needed, select if you wish to

receive a PIN via SMS Text or Voice Call, click “Verify My Phone Number” and proceed to Step 5.

If you choose to continue without verifying, you will skip step 5 and will be logged directly into

Access My Portfolio and will see this message again on your next login. After 30 days, you will

not be able to continue without verifying your phone number.

Step 5 – Enter the One Time PIN received via SMS Text or Voice Call and click Continue.

Step 6 – You are now logged into AccessMyPortfolio.com. A One Time PIN to your phone number on file will now be used for all future logins from an unregistered device.
