“Life without a purpose is a languid, every day we ought to review our
purpose, saying to ourselves,This day let me make a sound beginning” -Thomas Kempis
We all have a burning desire to succeed and put in our best efforts, but the one who succeeds is the one who
remains focused on his goal. A journey always begins with a destination. In business this destination is called
as Vision. A visionary identifies an opportunity before others. Once he sets his eyes and is clear on what he
needs to achieve, he creates a road map. Willing and committed manpower, financial and project building
capabilities, tactics to convert adverse situation favourably are some of the main ingredients to succeed in
Business.
We at ABHIJEET have identified opportunities in various verticals, and have all other components for success
intact. The climate for showcasing our project capabilities and organizational excellence is conducive and
ripe as well.
At Abhijeet, we have envisioned being among the top ten industry houses by the year 2020 and are working
relentlessly towards its realization. Within a short span of three years we have shown rapid growth. Our
positive outlook enables us to identify opportunities in challenges and allows us to create new benchmarks in
the industry. Today we stand on the threshold of greatness. Let me acknowledge & congratulate you my
colleagues, it is not possible without your contribution.
Today, the platform is all set for the great leap. I want every Abhijeetian to sing the same song of commitment,
self belief, positivity and success. I want everyone to see the goal I am seeing and surge ahead together as a
team. All we need to do is channelize our everyday work towards the fulfillment of our vision.
It is the strength and serenity of you Abhijeetans that gives me the confidence to march towards this goal. What enables us to outperform ourselves is our value system and our belief.Today, India is on the fast track of growth I very strongly believe in the India growth story. There is a huge
opportunity for us to be part of this growth phase. While we progress and create wealth for all our
stakeholders, we also stand to gain a golden position in the Indian History.Stand up and be counted.
Best Regards,Manoj Jayaswal

HR
Dear Abhijeetians,
This time in a calendar year is normally associated with “Annual Appraisals” and as usualexpectations & anxieties are highest amongst employees. In most organisations except the“Chosen Few”, the “Annual Appraisals” is a dreaded affair and its results are often negativerather that influencing the positive direction that the Organization should be headed for. MostAppraisers are afraid to tread the right path when they have to correctly appraise their juniors
and often recommend much higher ratings and recommendations which become nightmares for the HR department or the Management.
However, for some Organizations this Annual Appraisals are being converted to Semi Annual or even Quarterly Ones. It is fun and beneficial to all. The rewards, recognition, feedback, development and above all achievement of targets are all in complete “HARMONY”. Muchlike NATURE or a Melodious Symphony, every one is performing effortlessly. Is this not possible for US?
At Abhijeet Group, in this year Chairman Sir has envisioned to create an “Online Portal” whichaims to connect each Abhijeetian to the Group's goals and daily performance of each person isconnected to ensure the overall impact is like the PYRAMID which is poised to reach the SKY.
Implementing this Vision and other strategic initiatives has given Corporate HR manychallenges to perform to be able to meet the expectation of Abhijeetians. We are now on highgrowth path having launched many new Projects, added more than 1000 vibrant Abhijeetiansand making our presence felt both Nationally & Internationally.
In the current year some of the key HR challenges are;
· Ensuring proper and prior to all employees related to Goal
setting, KRA's, Variable Pay etc.· To build amongst the employees in the Group & its Leaders.· Ensuring that of all Abhijeetians is towards Group's Future Goals &
Targets.· Ensuring to provide to about Holistic development and
minimising Negativity of thoughts and Action.
We appeal to all Abhijeetians to provide their feedback to help us help you achieve success.ogether veryone chieves ore.

N E W SWe are pleased to announce the launch of a new module - SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) in our
existing SAP System, as part of our ongoing developmental process to follow and adhere to best international
management practices.
The rationale behind switching over to this strategic sourcing is to bring in transparency, management control
and cost effectiveness. The e procurement process will comprise the following activities:
1. Registration of Prospective Vendors (ROS)2. Converting Prospective vendors into Bidders3. Creating & Publishing RFQ online for inviting Bids from the Vendors4. Online exchange of information and clarifications with all the Vendors5. Technical and Commercial verification/approval on RFQ Responses6. Award of Bid7. Various types of On-line Auctions8. Creation of Purchase Order in R/3 via SRM thereby integrating it fully with the existing MM module.9. Exchange and maintenance of important information from the Vendor viz drawings, billing breakup, test
certificates etc10. Receiving Advance Shipping Notification (ASN) from vendor through SUS i.e. SUpplier Selfservice/
Supplier Collaboration functionality11. Automatic MIGO Creation in R/3 based on ASN.12. Vendor can access their details through SUS like status of their bills, ledger statement, various
submissions made by them, their performance, vendor ratings etc
This process is already implemented in some of the large Companies and PSUs.
In the first phase we are going live with this module in some of the Companies and a customized and

OT crane (Electrical Overhead Travelling Crane) of Phase-II has reached at Project site Chandwa. It
is the first equipment to be installed in TG building of a power house. Its function is to lift material
Efrom one place to another which simplifies the construction work. It is the most adaptable and the
most widely used type of power driven crane for indoor service with three different motions. It serves a larger area of floor space within its own travelling restrictions than any other permanent type hoisting arrangement.
As the name implies, this type of crane is provided with movement above the floor level. Hence it occupies no
floor space and this can never interface with any movement of the work being carried out at the floor of the
building.
