The Group ENOLGAS BONOMI S.p.A. is one of the leading international

manufacturers of ball valves and cocks for plumbing, natural gas

distribution and industry.

Founded in 1960 as a family business, ENOLGAS BONOMI S.p.A. is

a Company with a significant and strong history.

In 1991 ENOLGAS BONOMI S.p.A. Quality System obtained ISO

9001 certification for design, manufacturing and service.

Today ENOLGAS BONOMI S.p.A. is an international oriented

company, with subsidiaries and representative offices around the world.

With 3 production divisions in Brescia area (Northern Italy) and a

comprehensive product range, the ENOLGAS Group has the right

solution for residential buildings or industrial applications.

The Evolution The specialization in brass ball valves - wich was the foundation of

the company - today is just one of many product lines of the Enolgas

Bonomi group.

To expand its market into new areas, Enolgas Bonomi created, in

recent years, a number of products and services, designed to serve

different markets and distribution channels.

In addition to traditional brass ball valves, today’s product line also

embraces stainless steel valves for industrial plants. The creation of

the Systems Division which focuses on the development of products

for home automation and environmental sustainability is of great

importance in today’s markets.

The Systems Division is a part of one strategy of recent years, to bring

innovative trends to the market and intended to characterize the

development of Enolgas Bonomi production in the coming years.

Systems Division

Integrated systems in the service of home automation and environmental

sustainability: accounting for heat, automatic thermostatic valves and

pressure static, LDS systems for the interception of loss of water and

domotic nodes to prevent leakage of gas / water and the climate

management of environments.

LDS-LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM

It is a device created to intercept

water microfl ows and drippings

and to prevent fl ooding. The system

can be integrated with optional

equipments.

LDS was granted the CE certifi cation

as it complies with the essential

requirements to be sold and used in

the EU.

It is a device created to distribute

heat and sanitary water from the

production in a centralized system,

ensuring the consumption regulation

and metering.

Quality Quality Assurance department selects and continually reviews all of

the subcontractors and suppliers, as well as checking all incoming

materials physically, dimensionally and functionally. Finally, before

packing, all products undergo tightness and functional tests.

The Quality Assurance department is staffed by highly qualified

personnel who not only check the quality of the product, but also

promote methods and techniques for implementing Total Quality

Assurance. It is thanks to this commitment that Enolgas was awarded

ISO 9001 by I.C.I.M. (The Institute of Industrial Certification for the

Mechanical Industry) in 1991.

Through the years Enolgas has received various certifications from the

most important international certifying bodies which guarantee the

excellence and quality of our products.

The aim of the Company is to guarantee the quality content of every

production, process and product, beginning with human resources.

People play a primary role in the philosophy of Enolgas. The Company

integrates at all levels professional skills and experiences to reach

the intended goals. Human resources are continuously focused in

development of new products and better service to the customers,

whilst a most advanced testing and research laboratory works every

day to solve the demands of the end users.

Conformity of ball valves for gas with the requirements of

European technical standard EN 331.

ICIM “P” Certification

Conformity of ball valves with the technical standards relating

to safety, reliability and product quality, certified by ICIM.

PED Certification

Conformity of pressure equipment, in accordance with the

safety requirements established by the European Directive

PED (Module H).

The Certifi cations The quality and accurate compliance with reference standards are two

attributes on which Enolgas Bonomi has always invested: in 1991 the

company achieved ISO 9001 certifi cation for design, production and

customer service.

An excellent result for that period, which Enolgas Bonomi wants to

maintain over time, through close collaboration with the departments

of university research and upgrading activity for its products under the

specifi cations and standards of the different markets.

The production is certifi ed by external bodies and provides qualitative

and functional testing to 100% of fi nished products.

In addition, some product lines are also subject to voluntary certifi cation

of products, with direct withdrawal by third party, in the production

departments during machining, assembly and testing, in order to offer

its customers the best guarantees in terms of quality and safety.

A basic focus on quality and innovation, which can fi t only in one

company able to look forward with confi dence to the future.
