1. O T Man is Shot March 21, 1982

Police Believe an arguement over money led to theshooting death of an Oakland Township man earlySunday morning.

The man, Roger Griffin, 31, died after being shotwith a double barrel shotgun at his residence at1615 Predmore Road in the township's northernportion, according to officers at the MichiganState Police Post in Romeo.

A 15-year-old youth was taken into custody at thescene and transported to Children's Village inPontiac.

State Police officers were not releasing anyfurther information pending completion of a reporton the shooting.

Roger was survived by his parents Spencer andMargaret Griffin, seven siblings, his wife, CindyGriffin, their daughter Melissa Griffin, two otherchildren, Chris Schroeder and Rebecca Griffin.
