A Capsule Seminar on “Effective Parenting – Make Your Child A Winner” was

organized by “SHATINIKETAN” – A Financial Advisory & Tax Planning HUB

for their elite supporters on 30th March 2014 at Hotel Pan Asia Continental,

Kolkata.

SEMINAR OBJECTIVES: In today’s fast-moving, dynamic and nuclear society,

‘working/nuclear parents/families’ have very little quality time to spend with their

only child/ children (who is/are growing up ) on a day to day basis. Very few of

them give high priority to observe his/her potential (right from the formative years)

and nurture accordingly. Therefore, with this scientific, research & case studies-

Ganguli’s using the Sandwich Technique which is very essential inputs for

‘Effective Parenting’: Reprimanding in Private, Praising in Public for child. I also

discussed with Dr. Ganguly about the music therapy and got wonderful idea that

how the music therapy worked to develop our child to reduce their mental stress.
