Here we have a medium shot of the main character by the beach side underneath some palm trees, the lighting is dark which helps create a gloomy atmosphere, the sound used during the part is quiet which helps build up suspense. The frame of the shot is medium paced.

Here we have a close up of what looks like a journal. We see the text clearly saying who was I which helps create tension because it arouses suspicion. The frame of the shot is also quite slow which makes us the audience think what is going on which create some suspense.

Here we have a character firing a sniper rifle at the woman in the car. This shot is a medium shot and the framing is very quick. This helps create suspense quickly and makes the audience immediately feel that something serious is happening. Although the shot has been taken it broad day light it still achieves tension in the audience and helps create a thrilling sensation. We also hear the sound of the bullet which makes us immediately think what has happened and want to carry on watching.

Here we have a medium shot of character entering his home, the scene is not using any lighting at the moment apart from natural day light, the house looks dark in most places which helps build up suspense, the framing of the shot is also normal.

Here we have a close up of a character on the phone through a cross hare. This helps create tension because the audience do not know if she will be shot and are waiting for something to happen.

Here we have a slow motion two shot of characters speaking. This creates a spooky effect almost like a memory which distorts the viewers and helps create suspense. The lighting is also dark which helps create a spooky effect.

Here we have a fast paced close up of a syringe which appears when the main character is about to open a hotel room which brings back memories. This makes the audience wonder what will happen next which creates suspense. The time of the day which is in the evening in this shot also contributes to this.

Here we have a long shot of the main character Jason hanging of a bridge when in a cop chase, the scene is fast paced which helps build up suspense. The darkness also makes the shot look more scary and thrilling.

Here we have a high speed cop chase. Here is a long shot and we can see the yellow cab in the background which the main character is in. The shot is fast paced which helps create tension. The sound of the police sirens also helps create suspense as we wonder what will happen next.
