Remanufacturing CapabilitiesComplete Tear-Down and Inspection: Turbochargers are identified, marked, and disassembledto component level. Each part is thoroughly inspected for wear and/or damage.

Cleaning and Media Blasting: Turbine and compressor housings, bearing housing, and turbinewheel, are stripped and refinished. If housings are specially coated, they are cleaned withsolvents to avoid damage to the coating. The bearing housing is refinished, flushed, andprecision honed while the turbine shaft is polished to a mirror finish.

Component Blueprinting: Journal bearing bores are honed and sized to ensure accuracy foroil clearance. All parts and components are checked and verified against manufacturer'sspecifications to ensure they are within limits.

Component Assembly: Turbos are reassembled with new journal and thrust bearings, 0-rings,piston rings, fasteners, thrust collars, and seal plates.

High Speed Balancing: All turbos are balanced as assemblies at operating speed, to achieve abalance equal or superior to new, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exceptional product life.

Quality Assurance ProcessWe plan for quality by using strict controls and continuous improvement. Our detailed processesassure that all critical measurements and precautions are taken each and every time aturbocharger is built at our facility.

Each turbo goes through a detailed final inspection before it is considered finished product andtaken to our packaging department.

Warranty

• There is a One-Year unlimited mileage warranty onall Turbo Solutions remanufactured turbochargers.

• All warranty work must be authorized by TurboSolutions by calling 1-844-4A-TURBO prior toturbocharger removal.

Core Return Policy

• 100% core return. We do not grade core -“NoHassle” core return.

• Core must be same part number as unit purchased.
