The Meditation For Inner TransformationThe One And Only Way To Achieve Real And Permanent Peace

Marta marta jug mua marhi na jaane koi,

aisi marni jo mare bahur na marna hoe

People keep on dying, but nobody knows how to die.Whoever dies, let him die such that he does not dieagain

    KABIR

Mass man lives daily, standing on his platform, like Tom, waiting for Death. We, Gnostics die daily, moment to moment, to live eternally.

Why nobody is at peace in this world today? How can a house full of 10,000 people know what is PEACE?If you would have 10 heads over your shoulders, can you even dream of having peace?

Some spiritually-minded people enter into the process of trying to control the mind,to calm the mind, to work on the ego. They learn meditation, they learn mindfulness. But,after some time, even though they may have experienced some moments of peace, they findthat their fundamental tendencies or problems remain just as strong. This is because thistype of meditation or mindfulness cannot destroy the ego.Why we are not in peace is, because of the thousands of egos, psychic aggregatesthat we carry inside us.Definitely, if we start living in a forest, or retreat to the Himalayas today, in that solitude wewill find peace. Because, in those serene environments, nobody will be there to disturb or stir

those thousands of Is that are inside us.

But the moment we will come back to the civilization and start our daily lives, those Iswill again jump to the surface and the peace will run away from us.

Many Lollypop gurus who go for such kind of retreat, and meditate there for a certainperiod of time, do get some insights and have some visions of the higher worlds. This makesthem think that they have self realized themselves. And later they come to the masses and

tell them that they are Masters or Swamis and what not. But the one who knows the Doctrineof the Many, who has self observed himself or herself for even some moments will know in

the real sense about the reality of the thousands of people living inside him or her. When we live in solitude for some time, then those Is hide in the deep caverns of the Mind,in the 49 levels of the sub-conscious. And one starts thinking that those Is are dead. Thisis a very grave mistake which no serious Pathway follower should make.It is precisely in practical life that we can self-discover ourselves. Practical life is amarvelous psychological gymnasium where we can self-discover ourselves in relation withour fellow human beings, with our friends, in relation with our co-workers, in the house, in theoffice. If we are alert and vigilant like a lookout in wartime, we self-discover ourselves.

A discovered defect must be properly analyzed, studied, judged and afterwardsdissolved, disintegrated. Observation, judgment and execution are the three phases of thework for putting an end to all those I's that we carry inside of us and that deep down tortureus.

First, it has been said that spies in war are discovered, second, they are judged and third, they are taken to face the firing squad. This is how we must proceed with those I's that wecarry inside of us. First, discover them in relation with our fellow human beings, second, study them, third, disintegrate them.

When we have discovered an I, it is worth the effort for us to analyze it, but for theprocess of the disintegration we need a force that is superior to the mind. The mind itselfcannot eliminate any defect, it cannot radically alter it. The mind can only pass defects fromone level to another, hide them from oneself or from others, justify them, etc., but cannotfundamentally alter them.

We need to eradicate the psychological defects from our psyche, and this is only possible byappealing to a power that is superior to the mind.

That Divine Mother that all religions love -- Mary, Durga, ISIS, Kwan Yin -- ourGod Mother Devi Kundalini, exists within us here and now. It is necessary toappeal to that adorable Mother, it is necessary to ask Her to help us. She can, withher magnificent power, eliminate from our psyches the defects that we have, firstly, observed and secondly, judged.

We first need to observe and then judge, before asking the Divine Mother to eliminate this or

that psychological self from our interior. If we wanted to eliminate the I's based purely onanalysis, we could not do it. We need to utilize the power of the Divine Mother. She is a partof our own divine, subliminal Inner Being and if we invoke her with purity of heart She willhelp us.

Therefore that is the obvious path to follow for the disintegration of the I's. Since apercentage of consciousness is in each one of them, if we disintegrate them, to the extentthat we keep disintegrating them, the consciousness there bottled up will be liberated. And when the totality of the I's has already been disintegrated, then the consciousness in itstotality will be liberated, awake.

The Need of A PSYCHOLOGICAL GYMNASIUMWhether it is a martial artist who wants to develop his martial skills, or a warrior who wants todevelop his fighting and defense skills, all of them create a training gymnasium for them to

train. They fight their team mates to develop and test their skills. Without this training theywill lose terribly in the real fight or war, isnt it?

Even a person who wants to build his muscles creates tension in his muscles in agymvoluntarily as without this tension, without putting stress on those muscles, the muscleswont become stronger than what they already are, right?

Then why in our day to day life, in the office or home when we are in our psychologicalgymnasiums which is created because of the interactions with our fellow beings, we want torun away from that tension, that stress. If we are really serious about our spiritualdevelopment, we need to understand that our homes and offices, clubs, and social networksare the psychological gymnasiums where we the spiritual warriors train our mental musclesand skills. Where we learn and master our spiritual kung-fu! No gymnasium, no spiritualdevelopment.

The Lord has put us in a certain house, with certain relatives which are there in our livesbecause of the Karmic connections that we have with those people. And this house andfamily and circumstances of the life, is the precise psychological gymnasium, a seriousstudent on the Pathway to Self Mastery, needs to Self Realize himself or herself in thequickest way possible.

Because, if you are living in a perfect environment, all the egos will hide themselves andalthough on the outer surface you will feel very much happy but you will not be able toachieve the Inner Death. You will not be able to free your consciousness from the egos. Andwhen the D.A. will arrive, you will go without having gained anything from a precious humanlife. We need to urgently understand where we are! This place, this planet that we findourselves on, is not a place of rest, not a place of enjoyment. This is not Devachan theparadise. This is as Lord Krishna said, the Karma Bhumi the place of action. We have notcome here to rest. We have come here to achieve the freedom from the Wheel of Samsarain which we find ourselves trapped for so many lives. We have come here to Self Realize, to

become Conscious, so that we can belong to a higher hierarchy of Divine Beings.

The wise Pathway followers who are serious to achieve Self Mastery know this andwhen they find themselves among perfect people, they change their environmentsconsciously. The wise Pathway follower knows that all the people in his life are the players of differentcharacters they are here to play out in his life drama. In the past life, they or some otherplayers played some different roles, and if there would be a next life, then these players andsome others will play another set of roles.

Now, he can either be a puppet and be guided by the dialogues and actions of thesecharacters in his life, just reacting in a programmed way; or he can chose to be the director

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

    5/17

of his life drama, where he consciously uses these psychological gymnasiums and masterhis spiritual kung-fu, train his mental muscles and skills and become the White Knight.

Thus, the wise Spiritual Warrior neither gets identified with different scenes of his life drama, nor with the other characters. He consciously uses these psychological gymnasiums to

awaken himself and also help his fellow men to awake too.

Attitude of a common man: Life is a futile search for some elusive happiness that one willget at the next turn. So he keeps anxiously waiting for that happiness at every turn, neverever finding it. Instead the DA uncle finds him.

Attitude of a Spiritual Warrior:Life is a training ground, a gymnasium where we have todevelop our spiritual muscles to free ourselves from the Samsaric Wheel and achieveEnlightenment. So he takes every day of his life as a warrior fighting inside-out to defeat theenemies within and thus winning the inner battles as well as the outside ones.

    Venerable MasterSamael Aun Weor,

    wrote:

Constantly, letters from different younger brethren of the InternationalGnostic Movement arrive to me; some of them have complaints about theirfamilies, their father, their mother, their siblings; others protest against theirwives, against their children; some others speak with horror against theirhusbands, etc., and, naturally, they ask for a balm in order to heal theirpainful heart. Until now, among all of those letters, I did not find, not even

one at least, someone who is content with such adverse situations; all ofthem complain and this is deplorable. They do not want theirpsychological gymnasium, rather, they would like to flee from it; therefore,I as an instructor, have no other choice than to feel discouraged.I say to myself: wretched people, they do not know how to take advantageof their psychological gymnasium! They want a paradise, they do not wantto understand the necessity of adversities, they do not want to take benefitfrom the worst adversities; indeed, they do not long for their self-discovery! When one wants to self-know himself, one does it here, because in these gymnasiums of pain is where those defects that we carry

    hidden, flourish inevitably.

In Atlantis in the days of yore, an Initiate was born who developed in adelectable home, where only harmony, wisdom, wealth, perfection and lovereigned. The moment in which that initiate achieved self-discovery bymeans of the Self Observation; then, with horror he became aware thathe was carrying abominable elements (I's) within his interior. He thenunderstood that he needed a special gymnasium, a psychologicalgymnasium. It is clear that in that environment of perfection suchgymnasium did not exist, thus he did not have any other choice than, toabandon the house of his parents and to establish himself in one of thesuburbs of one of the Atlantean city. So, he created for himself his ownpsychological gymnasium, a gymnasium that allowed the self-discovery ofhis own defects; obviously, he disintegrated all of his psychologicalaggregates and became liberated. Indeed, my beloved brethren, the worstadversities offer us the best opportunities. In any case, my dear brethren, before anything else, we need to discoverthe defect that we will reduce to dust; such a defect cannot be discovered ifwe do not use the sense of psychological Self-observation. Any adversesituation offers us very rich opportunities. Unfortunately, people want toflee from all adverse situations, they protest instead of giving thanks tothose brilliant occasions. The psychological gymnasium is very difficult, butthe more difficult the gymnasium is for us, the better it is for our self-discovery.

Let us suppose for instance that we had to pass through a situation of

jealousy: all of a sudden, one finds his spouse conversing, very quietly, very quietly with another person in one corner of our house. Such anencounter has nothing pleasant whatsoever; yet, it is magnificent for self-discovery. Possibly, during that event not only jealousy emerged, possiblythere was also anger, we are nitpicking our spouse, thus perhaps there isalso resentment because the I of self-importance could feel hurt oroffended.

The Method for Dissolving AggregatesIn short, what should we do? Very quietly, in the night, we lie down in areclining position in our bed, with our body relaxed, eyes closed and, whilebreathing rhythmically, one has to reconstruct the scene just as ithappened. So, by visualizing the scene, we will collect psychological data;we will find the ego of jealousy as a primary cause, second, the tremendousego of anger, third, the ego of self-importance mortally hurt. Thus, since wehave discovered in that scene these three egos that entered into action, now we have to dissolve them. So, once these have been comprehended, and judged, we will proceed to the invocation of Kundalini Shakti, our DivineMother. First of all, one beseeches Her to eliminate that repulsive monster

of jealousy; second, after having worked the ego of jealousy in depth, onehas to supplicate Her to destroy the monster of anger and thirdly the

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

    7/17

monster of self- importance.Certainly, people love themselves bountifully; that I of self- importanceis profoundly rooted in people all over the world; if somebody gives us littlepats on our backs we smile delectably, however, if anybody speaks a littlehumiliating word to us, we become ruthless and terrible. Thus, that I ofself- importance must be annihilated, in our example, it is the third one uponwhich, for its Annihilation, the full power of the Divine Shakti must bedischarged. Afterwards, what eventually comes in subsequent days andhours has to be worked in the same way, until these three psychologicalassociates from such a fatal scene are annihilated.

Obviously, it is in the practical life from where we have to extract thematerial for the dissolution of the ego; yet, the brethren have thetendency of escaping from their practical life, which is manifestly an

    absurdity.

When I was working in the dissolution of my Ego, I remember that on acertain occasion a son of mine committed the error of running his car over alaborer. Certainly, it cost me a certain sum of money, about two thousandpesos for the wounded and another quantity for the police; thus, this is how Iavoided having that youngster go to jail. However, the matter did not endthere, the fact is that when I went to pay that debt, such a son, instead ofthanking me, he protested with certain violence. My son disagreed with me,he did not want me to give those two thousand pesos to that unhappy poorlaborer, yet, for me, it was just to give him the money.

So, I gave to the wounded laborer the money. However, together with mysons disapproval there were some words, if not of a grotesque character, but indeed, very ungrateful words. I did not feel anger, because of the factof having dissolved it, but indeed I felt a certain pain in my heart.Immediately, I entered into mediation in order to know the meaning ofthe pain that I felt in my heart, and this is how I verified within me thecrude realism of an I of self- importance that was wounded. Since I havedeveloped the sense of psychological self-observation, it was not difficult forme to perceive such an I in a direct way. I worked on that I for some days

and finally it was reducing itself little by little until it assumed the shape of achild, subsequently, it continue reducing itself until it became cosmicdust. Thus, this is how one has to work my dear brethren. But, from where did I get the material in order to work? I got it from aconcrete, clear and definitive fact! However, within the brethren exists thetendency of fleeing away from the practical facts of life and this is anabsurdity, a complete absurdity. On another occasion, I was very distressed with a certain irritabilitybecause of the words of that son, that indeed were not beautiful words. Ialways kept control over my mind and I never exploded, I never ripped my

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

vestures; indeed, this was a triumph, yet, there is no doubt that there insideof me, deep inside, I cannot deny that some very unpleasant reactions wereproduced. So, when I explored myself with the sense of psychological self-observation, I discovered with great astonishment a very dumpy and robustI, very fat indeed, as hairy as a bear, walking in the corridor of myseigniorial house. Ah, how very well hidden you were, damn you, I toldhim, now you are doomed because I will burn you, against me you have nohope.

Conclusion: I appealed to Devi Kundalini Shakti in a didactic manner, andas I was working on this "I," it started to lose volume, it started gettingsmaller and as it got smaller it also became beautiful. It seemed like a smallchild, until one day the Divine Mother Kundalini decapitated it; and later, ontime, it was reduced to dust; nothing was left of it. This is how, I dedicatedmyself fully to finishing with it, working day and night, every hour, every

moment, until it no longer existed. The sense of Psychological Self-Observation will be developed inevery one of you as you use it. Don't forget that a sense that is not usedwill atrophy. A day will arrive in which your sense of Psychological Self-Observation will be fully developed in such a way that you will be able toperceive any undesirable psychological aggregate just as I do. Furthermore, you will be able to see the results of the work on such aggregates. Therefore, do not escape; do not try to evade real life. You have to bepractical if indeed what you want is to disintegrate your ego. Thus, as you

do it, as the psychological aggregates are pulverized, the bottled Essence isgoing to be emancipated. This is the path to crystallize that which is calledSoul within us.You will have to pass through great emotional crises. This is not merelyan intellectual matter, no. It is not simple demagogy, or insubstantial vainwords of ambiguous chattering, no! Again, I repeat what I have said eventhough you might become tired of it, but indeed, "If the water does not boilat 100 degrees, that which has to be cooked is not cooked, meaning: thatwhich has to be disintegrated is not disintegrated."

So, if we do not pass through shocking emotional crises, these "I's"cannot be disintegrated. I, for instance, felt a great deal of pain and I hadto pass through a great emotional crisis when I saw the "I" of self-esteemwell hidden within the deepest levels of my psyche; I suffered a lot, this ishow I truly repented. Thereafter I begged Devi Kundalini Shakti to pulverizethis undesirable element of mine. When I discovered within me a very wicked Demon full of angerandwhich came from very ancient times, I suffered the unspeakable; I passedthrough a horrible emotional crisis. I was ashamed of myself. I beggedKundalini Shakti to pulverize that abominable psychological element. So, donot escape practical life, because you will discover these undesirable

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

    9/17

elements in the field of practical life. All that you need is to be alert andvigilant as the watchman is in wartime. When we are speaking, indeed, we have to be aware of the words we aresaying! We have to be alert to our words. Do we have emotions? Yes wehave them, but what sort of emotions do we have? Are they good? Are theybad? Could they be superior emotions or are they simply inferior? What arethese emotions indicating to us?Inferior emotions indicate inferior emotional "I's" which have to bedisintegrated; yet, we have to discover them in the facts of practical life.Because, if we do not extract the consciousness from them, if we do notmake our inferior emotions bleed with the knife of the self-criticism, then thedevelopment of the Superior Emotional Center will be impossible withinus. Superior Emotion is necessary in order to receive the messages that

    come from the Superior Worlds.

So it is in practical life where we have to watch our words, our thoughts, our ideas. For instance, if, suddenly a lustful thought comes to one's mind,a morbid scene; do you believe that it comes just like that? What does thisindicate? There is no doubt that behind this ominous cinema of our mind, behind this procession of morbid images, some "I" of lust is in activity. Thereexist "I's" of lust and they take possession of the films' we carry in our brain;memories of passionate forms that they project on the screen of ourintellect. If one becomes fascinated with morbid scenes, one fortifies the "I's" oflust. So if we are assaulted by these sorts of thoughts, it is indispensable toinvoke the assistance of our Divine Kundalini Shakti, and to reduce such an"I" into dust with her extraordinary flaming fire. If we don't proceed like thisbut we identify with it, if we like the scene of lust very much, then instead ofsuch an "I" being dissolved, it will be fortified extraordinarily.

Every one of us has his Consciousness bottled up among all these actors ofthe different dramas, comedies and tragedies of life. Every one of us has hisConsciousness bottled up within the egos. So, let us reduce the egos ("I's")to dust and the Consciousness will be free.A free Consciousness is an illuminated Consciousness. It is aConsciousness which is able to see, hear and touch the great realities of theSuperior Worlds, it is an Omniscient and Divine Consciousness.

IDENTIFICATION Vs. SELF-OBSERVATIONTo defeat and disintegrate the many egos we carry in our interior, and to free ourConsciousness, we have to know these internal enemies and their patterns of working. If we observe, well realize that the things that bother us everyday are of similar nature. There is a pattern in the way things are repeating themselves. This pattern becomes our

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

    10/17

habit, becomes more powerful over time. As it gains energy with repetitions, this patternbegins to program us and then we start behaving in a mechanical fashion.Psychological Self-observation is basic. Truly, to observe ourselves from instant toinstant, from second to second is necessary. What is the purpose of self-observation? The

discovering of the different types of psychological Defects that we carry within. But, theymust be discovered in the field of action, by directly and judiciously observing them, withoutevasion, without justification, without any type of escape. The "I" exercises control over the five inferior centers of the humanmachine.Whosoever wants to dissolve the "I" must study its functionalism within the fiveinferior centers. We must not condemn the defects; we must not justify them either. What isimportant is to comprehend them. It is urgent to comprehend the actions and reactions of thehuman machine. Each one of these five inferior centers has a whole set of extremelycomplicated actions and reactions. The "I" works with each one of these five inferior centers. Therefore, by deeply comprehending the whole mechanism of each one of these centers, we

are on our way to dissolving the "I."Sometimes it is an I of the Emotional Centerwhich is the one that reacts angrily, or isjealous, or envious; sometimes the prejudices and calumnies of the Intellectual Centerviolently attack with all their fury; at other times, erroneous, perverse habits lead us to failure, etc. Each center has forty-nine subconscious regions and in each of those regions livemillions of Is that we need to discover through in-depth Meditation. When we self-discover ourselves, when we become cognizant of the activities of the I inthe five centers of the machine and in the forty-nine subconscious regions, we then awakenconsciousness. To become conscious of the entire process of the I in the five cylinders of themachine, is to make the subconscious conscious. It is impossible to eliminate the different Is if we have not previously comprehended themconsciously in the forty-nine subconscious regions. It is impossible to reach the Atam-Vidya without first having known ourselves.Nosce Te Ipsum: Man, know yourself and you shall know the universe and the Gods.Whosoever wants to ascend must first descend. Whosoever wants the Atam-Vidya mustfirst descend into his own atomic infernos. The error of many students of occultism is to wantto first ascend, without first having descended. In interaction with people, our defects spontaneously appear, and if we are alert, wediscover what center they proceed from; then, by means of meditation, we will discover themin each and every one of the forty-nine subconscious regions. It is only by means of the I totally dying that we attain the Atam Vidya, AbsoluteEnlightenment.

When alone, we may not feel the urge to drink. But in the company of friends who drink, that urge arises very strongly, and we find that we want to drink. This shows how theinfluence of the drunkard Is of those friends calls up from our own submerged depths thatdesire for intoxication, or the desire to be included and respected. And then, later, when we

are away from those friends, that desire goes away, and we no longer see it. It is still there,in the depths of the mind, but it is submerged. We find that being in certain environments, in one neighborhood or a given city, or in thesuburbs, entirely different elements emerge from within the mind. If you go to a bar, certainelements in your mind are brought out by that influence. If you are in the church or a temple, totally different elements arise. If you go to a shopping mall, an entire new range of "I's" willemerge from the subconscious, called out by that influence. If you watch certain televisionshows, or certain movies, or read certain books, each one will stimulate and bring updifferent "I's."When alone, we may not feel any desire for money, but if we come in close contact withsome rich persons, that desire will be stimulated. That urge to make more money will comeup very strong. So long as we remain exposed to that environmental influence, and so longas we continue to feed that "I," it will get stronger. It will feed itself through the humanmachine so that particular "I" can dominate the machine more and more. The end result isthat we give up our own will. We give up our right to live consciously. We become enslavedby that I.In every case, these "I's" trap energy, they trap consciousness, and they push thehuman machine to feed the "I," to make the "I" stronger. When the Ego cannot hide itself, is already condemned to the capital punishment. The "I"likes to hide itself, but when cannot do it, the unfortunate is lost! Only in the serenity of thethought we see the "I" as it is and not as apparently is.Only understanding profoundly and in truth what the useless battles of the thought are, only comprehending the actions and subconscious reactions, the internal and externalreactions, the secret answers, the occult springs, the hidden impulses, etc., we can attain thequietude and imposing silence of the mind.Over the pure waters of the universal mind we can contemplate, in state of ecstasy, all the

    devilries of the pluralized "I."

MEDITATION OF THEDEATH OF THE EGO

    or

The Meditation For Inner TransformationThe daily practice of meditation radically transforms us. People who do not work on the

annihilation of the I live like butterflies going from school to school, and do not find theirpermanent center of gravity. They die as failures without having attained the inner Self-

    12/17

Realization of the Being. The awakening of consciousness is only possible through liberation and emancipation frommental dualism, from the battle of the antitheses, from intellectual waves. Any subconscious,infra-conscious or unconscious struggle becomes an impediment to the liberation of the

essence.Every antithetical battle, no matter how insignificant or unconscious it might be, indicatesunknown obscure points in the atomic infernos of man. In order to achieve the absolutestillness and silence of the mind, it is indispensable to observe and to know thoseinfrahuman aspects of oneself.

It is only in the absence of the I that it is possible to experience and live the IntegralRevolution and the Revolution of the Consciousness.MEDITATION OF THE DEATH OF THE EGO or The Meditation for Inner Transformation

has basic rules without which it would be impossible to emancipate ourselves from themortifying shackles of the mind. These rules are:

    1. RELAXATION: It is essential to always practice meditation with closed eyes so as toavoid external sensory perceptions. It is indispensable to learn to relax the body for meditation; no muscle should remain intension. It is urgent to provoke and graduate the sleep at will. It is evident that the wisecombination of sleep and meditation results in that which is called Illumination.

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

    13/17

    2. MANTRALIZATION OR KOAN: The objectives of this phase are:a.) To mix the magical forces of mantrams or koans in our inner universe.b.) To awaken the consciousness.c.) To accumulate Christic atoms of high voltage within. In this psychological work, the intellect must assume a receptive, integral, unitotal, full, tranquil and profound state. One achieves the unitotal receptive state with the koans orphrases that deprogram the mind.So one can choose any mantramOM or Om Masi Padme Yom and keep on chantingthe same mantram mentally during the whole meditation. This will save one from gettingidentified with the ego and remain objective during the meditation.

    3. SERENE REFLECTION:First we need to become fully aware of the mood that we arein, before any thought surges. We must calmly observe our mind, paying full attention to anymental form which appears on the screen of the intellect.

It is necessary to become lookouts to watch our own mind during any agitated activity and

to stop for an instant to observe it.

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

    14/17

    4. RETROSPECTION: What are we looking for in retrospection? Due to the mechanicallife that he leads from day to day, the intellectual animal forgets himself and falls intofascination. He goes around with an asleep consciousness without remembering what he did

at the moment of rising, without knowing the first thoughts of the day, his actions and theplaces he has been to.The aim of retrospection is to become aware of ones past behavior and actions. On carryingout the retrospection, we will not put any objections to the mind. We will recall memories ofpast situations, from the moment of beginning the retrospection to the moment of our livesthat we desire. We should study each memory without becoming identified with it.

BEWARE: But while one is retrospecting, one should be aware that we are not doing thismeditation to find other peoples mistakes or defects, neither to judge and condemn themagain (yes, we condemn their egos, but not them). We are doing this meditation to

comprehend why we have not been able to transform the impressions related with thatevent?; why we were in pain?; why every time this memory comes back it again fills us withrage or any other negative emotion?

We are interested in understanding our own pain, our own mistakes and defects; our ownegos that did not let us transform those impressions. For example, somebody insulted us orsaid something to us that made us feel inferior. Then who inside us felt insulted or inferior?Who got angry inside us? Was it our Essence(Essence does not feel insulted or inferior orsuperior)? Or some ego? That is what we are interested in finding out in this meditation. Andto comprehend deeply that why we felt insulted or inferior? We are not doing this meditationto judge or condemn the person or his egos who insulted us in that moment. What purposethat would serve to us? Only fortify our own pride and anger! Do you want that? I hope not.

    5. PSYCHOANALYSIS: While in retrospection, investigate, inquire, find out the origin ofeach thought, memory, affection, emotion, sentiment, resentment, etc. as they surge in themind.During psychoanalysis, one should examine, evaluate and inquire about the origin, cause, reason or fundamental motive of each thought, memory, image and association, as they

surge from the bottom of the subconscious.

This way, one would find the egos that played parts in the events of the daily lives, which wemight not have discovered when that event happened due to our identification with the egoat that time.

If you w ish to unt ie a knot, you must f irst know how it was t ied.- Buddha

    6. SUPERLATIVE ANALYSIS: Consists of an introspective knowledge of oneself. During

    deep meditation, introversion is indispensable.

  • 7/28/2019 8 the Meditation of Inner Transformation

    15/17

In this state, one works on the process of the comprehension of the I or defect that onewants to disintegrate. The Gnostic student must concentrate on the psychological aggregateand maintain it on the screen of the mind. Above all, it is indispensable to be sincere withoneself.Superlative analysis consists of two phases which are:a.) Self-exploration: To investigate, in the depths of our consciousness and in the 49levels of the subconscious when was the first time in ones life that defect manifested itself, when it last manifested itself and in what moments does it have the most strength tomanifest itself.b.) Self-discovery: To investigate what the foods of the I are. To fraction and divide thedefect in various parts and to study each part to get to know the kind of I it originates fromand the kind of Is that originate from it. This leads us to the Transactional Analysis betweendifferent egos. Because the egos do not work in isolation. So till we do not understand in

depth which ego triggers which ego and which ego is behind which ego, our comprehensionwould be incomplete. It is not sufficient to comprehend the defect, it is necessary to arrive at its profound meaning;any glimmer of consciousness may illuminate us and in thousandths of a second capture theprofound meaning of the defect as to the reason of its existence within us.Psychoanalysis Superlative Analysis of a scene of egoistic reaction whileretrospecting:

When did we notice our reaction? Which egos are at play in this scene? Did we work on these egos before? Did we lose the self observation when the ego hit? Which centers were being used by each ego? What were the exterior causes? What hurt provoked our reaction? What are the ego's powers? What state were we left in after the event? Did you suffer? Who suffered? What is its' psychological song repetitive thoughts, emotions and actions? What is the ripest ambience for its manifestation?

Which ego gets triggered by this ego? Which ego is behind this ego? What is the root cause of this ego? Why does it exist? When was the 1st time it ever manifested in your life? If there had been no egoistic reaction, how would the scene have been? How much psychic energy was lost and how much could have been saved? What are the foods of the ego? What should you do so as not to feed it?

    7. SELF-JUDGMENT:To put the defect on trial. To bring to judgment the damages itcaused the consciousness and the benefits that the annihilation of the defect being judged, would bring into our life.

    8. EXECUTION OF THE EGO THROUGH PRAYER:

We will ask the Divine Mother Kundalini, our inner and individualMother, with much fervor to kill the defect we have just judged. Wewill beg her with all our soul and heart, deeply repenting for themistakes that ego has done, so that She, who is the only one capable

of disintegrating the Is will disintegrate this ego from its very root.

The steps 7 & 8 need to be done individually for each and every ego we discoveredduring Psychoanalysis and Superlative Analysis.Well, it is necessary to have an order in one's work. When the night arrives with your relaxedbody you will begin to practice your retrospective exercise upon the events of the day. Thenyou will visualize you will reconstruct the different events of the day. Then, alreadyreconstructed, numerated, classified, you will proceed to the psychological work.

First, you will meditate in one event to which you will dedicate at least, let us say, fifteen minutes. Then, twenty minutes to another event. And another event to which you willdedicate a half hour. Another to which you will dedicate five minutes. And another to whichyou will dedicate ten minutes.

Everything depends on the gravity of the events. Therefore, the events already classifiedcan be worked on. Meditate in the night with tranquility and with order.

And for their elimination? Likewise, in the same order, because in each work upon this orthat event the following factors enter: discovery, judgment and execution. So therefore you

must apply to each element the three aspects.

Discovery: when you discovered it.Comprehension: when you comprehend it during your meditation.Execution: with the help of your Divine Mother Kundalini.

This is how one must work.
