    No work activity or operation must start until you clearly

    understand what is to be done, and how it is going to becompleted in a safe and orderly manner

    To ensure that this is fully understood by everyone involved, we

    use a Method Statement, or a Task Analysis Sheet. The formatof this document can change dependant upon the nature andcomplexity of the activity to be completed, but for the majorityof our projects a particular form called a HSR 09 Task AnalysisSheet is used

    These forms are generally completed by the Project Manager,Project Engineer or his Supervisor and are used to brief thosepeople undertaking the work. These people then sign the form
