Situations, Weapons, Objective, Tactics

S.W.O.T I can’t tell you how many times your average Jo, down on his luck, man or woman will hit a bump in the road

that leaves them in a place where they have no car, almost no money, say a few hundred bucks and just needs to get around for the next month or so. Most of us have and we look for just one or two things. (1,) that the car gets them from point A to point B with minimal hassle or repair for the next few weeks and (2,) that it’s in a price range of about $500 or $600 bucks. Well we can give you that and do something to save earth at the same time.

Our website will provide a hassle free way of buying and selling these cars or trucks that meet these criteria online with no hassle or waiting for your money. You simply enter in the title information, along with a routing number. The computer will make sure the title is free and clear. They put a picture up along with some contact info, then BAM! The money is instantly wired to your account, with an agreement that the car will remain ready and available for the next 30 to 60 days also indicating if the car runs or needs an electric hub installed. They get the $500, minus the $22.93 transfer fee, making the total $477.07. They are happy because they got almost exactly what they wanted, and notice three 7’s. We tend to associate that with good luck or Jackpot! Then we list the car @$597.77 giving us just over 20% profits, or $119.70 each transaction. First come, first serve! As quick as we put them up they will be taking them down, unless you pay $50 for the reserve. This will allow you to reserve the kind of car you’re looking for, without having to race. When your car comes up, the software will notify you. If you accept, your account is debited and the car is yours!

But there’s more, for just a few hundred bucks extra, and at the click of a button you can have your car upgraded to a high performance electric hub engine, making it green so to speak. The lithium power packs and electric engine are a free exchange through a government program to convert combustion engines into electric. The power packs are thin rectangular light weight lithium batteries that span the length and width of a small normal size trunk and can be stacked repeatedly, easy to clip on and off each other. Each pack can power a car between 40 and 60 miles and are easily stacked in the trunk or under the front hood of the car, where ever there’s space. When the power is low you stop at a station and exchange the power packs for fully charged packs and you’re on your way, much faster and cheaper than oil or gas. If you only have 6 bucks, you can exchange 3 packs giving you an average driving range of about 130 miles. Amazing right!? Or just charge them at home for free.

The cost to exchange is $2 each pack. That means you’re only spending about a dollar for every 20 to 30 miles of travel. The electric engines will reach speeds of 80 and 90 miles per hour because of the high watt electric amp that’s used. We also install a small LCD screen to monitor power levels and GPS. The combustion engine is recycled by the government and scrapped. All you have to pay is $600 for installation and wiring, the rest is paid by the government. We also do tire rotation, interior and paint far cheaper than most competitors, thanks to some good mechanic contracts.

Every gas station will be stocked with power packs and charging stations. The packs are owned by the government so you can trade them with anyone, for a fee of course. This could mean the end of gas stations, because anyone can have their own charging exchange station and use a normal outlet $$.

Whether the car runs for less than 600 bucks or you pay another 600 bucks to turn that car into an electric machine saving hundred in fuel and repairs, this program will change the world for every down on his luck man or woman that just needs something to get them through. But who knows maybe the next hunk of junk you own just might end up being the thing you decide keep.

We require $__ in funding for designing software and web page. We will provide $__ in grantee contributions. $__ is requested. Federal funding will cover marketing and micro loans which will be paid back during brief moments of buying and selling. Engine exchange will also be a fixed government program negotiated with mechanics and supplemented for other installation expenses.

500 DOLLAR JUNKER™, a company located in Boise Idaho, set out to help the down on his luck hard off worker that has no car and no money, say a few hundred bucks and just needs something to get them through, while also making the world greener. The project addresses the prime interest of the ________ agency, “The need for affordable transportation”, and “the need to change cars from fuel to electric”.

A demonstration project is proposed to show that by using a simple algorithm designed to automatically buy up all of the 500 dollar Junkers and allow simple upgrades and improvements at the click of a button, we can eventually turn every old Junker into a street worthy affordable clean energy machine. This will reduce the need to create new vehicles. The bottom line basically comes down to, “if the wheels and body are still good, let’s make it electric!”

The activities involved in this project are (1) Creating the software and web page. (2) Testing and licensing the function of the software. (3) Establishing contracts with dealers, mechanics, DMV’s, Insurance providers and other parts manufacturers and (4) providing lots of jobs.

Ladies and gentlemen this is the starting point to an easy billion-dollar industry that currently no one has taken control of yet. We can take control of this market with the software and web design we are creating and make the world green again. This is an 18-month software development project and will revolutionize this market. Everyone’s a winner!

We have committed staff, Universities and professors ready to see this project unfold. The first 6 months of funding will deal with licensing and developing software. The final year of funding will be used for extensive testing and working out all of the bugs, if any. We are prepared to pay back the grant if the project is successful. We require $__ to finish the project. We are providing $___ in grantee contributions $___ is requested.

Our Proposal is backed by _________University and Supported by the following. (See appendix).

Broad Problems

Millions of cars and trucks are being sent to the scrap yard and we are still producing more and more carbon fuel cars. If we don’t stop producing carbon fuel engines we won’t have an earth to drive on. We are still burning through fuel at an alarming rate and the electric cars we make take too long to charge and don’t have a very long driving range. Not only do they drive slower and shorter than combustion, they don’t have a lot of places they can plug into.

There are millions of $500 Junkers that run or don’t run but still have solid frames and wheels that can easily be repaired and restored. Many mechanics make a living buying Junkers and fixing them up, then reselling them for double or triple of what they put into it. There is a ton of money to be made in buying these $500 Junkers and getting them back on the road. The problem is as soon as they hit the market they are off within a couple of days.

There needs to be a way to keep them from getting up on that market and keeping them all in one place where everyone knows to look. If they were all able to be in one place where everyone can find them it would save people hours in time and money looking for these cars or trucks that are just 2 steps from heading to the scrap yard, when in all reality the car or truck still has the potential to be a perfect ride for someone down on his luck and just needs something to get them through for the next few weeks.

The federal government has invested millions of dollars into making more fuel efficient vehicles and reducing carbon emissions but without very much luck. The reason is that the electric cars that are being made aren’t getting the Job done. If someone had a better more efficient way to get people from point A to point B and used electric instead of gas and was cheaper people would use it instead, but so far there aren’t any out there that refuel faster and go just as fast and efficiently as a car that runs on fuel, and until there is one people will continue to use fuel, that is how economics works. There are no other options because unless you are rich and can afford more expensive means of travel people won’t spend more money to do the same thing even if it is destroying the world. That is the human nature of our species. We don’t see past immediate needs.

The earth has had the hottest temperatures on records ever recorded and it is only getting worse. Last winter was the warmest winter ever recorded. We will soon experience droughts and hurricanes that will continue nonstop due to the ocean temperatures rising, and according to the world’s environmental reports there’s nothing we can do to stop it. We can however slow it down long enough to prepare ourselves if we stop using carbon fuel and switch to renewable energy like nuclear, solar, hydro, wind and other more natural recourses.

I don’t know about the rest of the world but I don’t want to be the one that has to explain why people can’t be outside for any more than a few minutes without being badly sunburned or having to where sunscreen at all times. I don’t want to explain why we have so many extreme natural disasters and why there is no clean water or food. Let’s give this world a break and do something to help for once. Each year is getting hotter and hotter. The ice caps are melting faster and faster. Thousands of species are on the verge of extinction. Enough is enough it’s time to start acting and get busy saving earth or soon we won’t have one to live on. I’m pretty sure we don’t have any other prospects right now that we can just all fly off and find another planet to breathe on, yet alone live.

Contributing Problems Given that there is a great need for a $500 piece of junk at some point of almost any person that hits a rough spot

that leaves them stuck on the side of the road with nothing but maybe a few hundred bucks. This leaves a great opportunity for those that are willing to get what they get no questions asked. $500 is $500. The problems that make it so hard to get those kinds of cars, and are what these types of individuals look for are as follows: 1. Availability! As soon as people put a car up online that is just $500 dollars someone is taking it down. It’s hard

to find a car in that range that is still available to buy. The other problem is: 2. Reliability! A $500 Junker that is listed on the market has no guarantee that it’s going to get you from point A to

point B with minimal hassle or repair. And if you can get them to agree most of them won’t put anything in writing.

3. Energy! Clean energy is the number one priority in America, if we don’t turn to electric we won’t have a habitable planet to drive on. There is only a finite supply of fossil fuel on earth and there are dozens of other energy sources we can use to power cars like high output power packs and electric engines.

Intermediary Problems The critical intermediary problem is convenience and efficiency that is the lack in ability to fully take control of

this market. Among those lacks are:

1. Convenience which is caused from really having to search in order to find a car in the 5 or 600 dollar bracket. These types of cars are scattered in with the rest of the cars that are not in this price bracket, and the people listing them have to go through putting an ad online or listing in the newspaper. Then he has to wait for the call. Then he’s asked a bunch of questions about the car. The hole process is really inconvenient and just a big hassle.

2. Efficiency which is the whole process of listing the car then having to deal with the people. Then the buyer not being able to set up repairs that they can afford or that are readily available, the whole process is inefficient and inconvenient and there’s no guarantees.

3. Affordability People won’t change to electric unless it’s cheaper and more efficient. You aren’t going to get someone to spend more money for the same thing even if it means saving the earth. Unless that electric car is cheaper, just as fast and can go just as far as a carbon fuel car they are not going to buy it. Rich people might but they only make up less than one percent of the population. It sucks but it’s true. Target population The project proposes to address the problems described above. It will serve the country as whole and allow

every man woman and child the ability to go online and have all of the $500 dollar Junkers listed on one easy to use webpage and get exactly what they want at exactly the price they want, with no hassles. The seller simply enters the title information and an account number and the money is instantly wired to his account with no hassles or dealing with any one. The cars can have simple repairs and upgrades done for just a few hundred bucks eventually turning all pieces of junk into clean electric vehicles everyone can afford. This idea will make billions while saving the planet.

Long-Range Goals and Main Objectives

Our long range goal is to turn every piece of Junk into a street worthy mean green electric machine and end the need for fossil fuels. This goal will likely not be achieved in the time it take to complete the base line of this project but will be able to show how millions of 500 dollar Junkers can be turned into more efficient electric vehicles that can compete with today’s combustion engines. Marketing Objectives

The marketing objectives are a very important part of the project mainly because they will create awareness of the project and its purpose. The things that our marketing objective will make people aware of are as follows:

1. By the end of 7th we will have Political support and celebrity backing as shown by political and celebrity signatures in support to end carbon fuels.

2. By the end of the 8th month we will have commercials and ads playing in all 50 states as shown on commercial marketing contracts about how we are turning combustion cars into electric and how they are more efficient, drive further, cheaper and are just as fast.

3. By the end of the granting period we will have over a million accounts throughout the country as shown by webpage records.

Process Objectives The process objectives are mile stones and products that must be created in order to achieve the main objectives of this project. The following goals are listed according to when they will be achieved.

By the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd month:

6

1. Government financial backing will be in place as shown in contracts 2. High performance electric engines will be ready to replace combustion engines as shown in diagram. 3. Webpage will be in place, connected to DMV and Central banks as show on webpage 4. Call center will be established and ready for use as shown in reports. 5. Sales reps will be hired and trained as shown in follow-ups 6. Contract will be in place with corporate mechanics across the country and some small independent mechanics

that chose to participate as shown by signatures. 7. Contracts with car insurance companies will be established as shown by licensing. 8. Gas station will be stocked with power packs and charging stations as confirmed by government.

By the end of the 4th and 5th months:

9. Marketing campaign will begin as shown in commercials and internet 10. Website will be unveiled and begin moving large volume transactions threw out the county as shown by bank

statements and financial records.

Our methods for creating this system and our marketing strategy is simple and it allows us to use a

revolutionary software program that will automatically buy all 500 dollar Junkers that people are just trying to get rid of by using an algorithm that connects to our web page from the DMV to Central bank and from the central banks and our webpage to the title search engines, from the title search engines through our system to the mechanics repair shops. All the way to the insurance company’s featured on our webpage.

The process is simple. Once the person decides he or she wants to get rid of their car and doesn’t want the hassle of dealing with any one, the customer simply gets on our webpage. Enters in his car title information, the software scans and performs a title search to make sure the car is free and clear, also that it hasn’t been destroyed or recycled. Once the system verifies the title is free, clear and approved, the owner simply puts in his bank routing number, places a picture of the car up on the account along with a promise to keep the car available with minimal hassle or repair for the next thirty to sixty days. Once the info is entered in, the money is automatically transferred from the bank to their accounts in an instant.

Once the car is bought, the car then goes up onto our webpage along with its picture. The person that is looking for the Junker then sets up an account with us for free, then puts $500 up as insurance from his bank account and enters the kind of cars he is looking for. The search engine will bring up all of the vehicles that are closest to the kind of car make they’re looking for, if the buyer doesn’t like what he sees, the computer will continue to send info on other cars that match your request until you agree to purchase. $97.77 is charged as our profit when the transaction is complete + $50 if you use a reserve.

Once the customer agrees to purchase a car, the customer then will select weather he wants a mechanic to make a few repairs or upgrades for just a few hundred extra. All of the mechanical repairs and prices are preset at a discount through the corporate mechanics contract that is supplemented by the government for extra costs the mechanics might experience. We also use some independent mechanics as well.

The car costs $597.77 + $50 if you place a reserve, and for another $597.77 you can turn that car into a mean green electric machine with more than 100 electric horses and that reaches speeds of 80 to 90 miles an hour. The governments offer to trade electric motors, amps, and lithium power packs for combustion engines pays for almost everything. The $597.77 extra you pay is just to have them installed and rewired. We also offer tire rotations, paint and interior far cheaper than most.

In order to make refueling fast and easy for all of the electric cars, every gas station will have large charging stations with hundreds of power packs stacked up on high speed chargers that plug into normal outlets, when someone is low on power they simply pull into the station, pull off however many new power packs he or she needs and exchanges the dead packs for fully charged packs. The charged packs costs $2 and provide enough energy to power your car 40 to 60 miles each, far cheaper than fuel about $1 every 20to 30 miles of travel.

If the customers don’t have any repairs or upgrades and you just want to take the car as is, all the customer has to do is enter in the time he or she wants to pick the car up, the system will sends a text message and an email letting the owner know when the buyer wants to come pick it up. The owner puts the keys in the glove box and the buyer shows up, jumps in the car and drives off. They can talk if they want, but it’s not necessary. A $500 dollar Junker is a 500 dollar Junker. Everyone wins. The web page handles all of the legal responsibilities like insurance and title exchange. You can even register it before you pick it up. You just show up jump in the car and drive off, or you can pay the

500 Dollar Junker ™ ® {Meredith 2015 © copyright} | Confidential

7

597.77 plus a small $35 towing fee and the mechanic will call you when your car is a mean green electric machine that’s ready to go. Methods for Process Objectives

The following describes the methods by which the targeted products will be produced and the milestones to be

reached that will enable the project objectives to be reached.

1. The webpage is the heart of our project and therefor the most important objective to be met. We will create the webpage and all of the software by using the experience and knowhow of __________ University. Professor __________ will oversee its development and make sure all of the capabilities are operating efficiently. We will also use the University to make sure all of the legalities of doing the project are met diligently and within all of the scope required to succeed.

2. Creating locked in contracts with mechanics across the country will be a large task, but is essential to the project’s success. Mechanics will be needed for accessed everywhere in America. We will mostly use large corporate mechanics but will contract with any independent mechanics that want the added business. Contracts will be drawn up by __________ law firm. All mechanics will be able to sign up to be service agents on our web page. We will pay them based on their service volume for each car, supplemented by the government for extra expenses. TV and viral commercial will advertise the business opportunity

3. Links to insurance companies will be set up on our webpage along with links to the DMV so that all of the licensing and insurance can be set up prior to picking up the car. The insurance carriers we use will pay us for the customers we send them and we will license ourselves as insurance providers. This will increase the profit margin on the sale for each car significantly.

4. We will find financial backing from the government for providing our service and receive tax credits for the cars we make fuel efficient as well as grant money for helping lower class worker get affordable cars and repairs. We will ask for a banking credit from the Federal Reserve to buy the massive amounts of 500 dollar Junkers that will be sold immediately after purchase for a fraction of a percent in interest.

5. The federal government will own all exchangeable power packs used and they will be available for everyone to use. People that have them installed through 500 dollar Junker will each have 8 installed power packs giving the car the same fuel distance as a fully fueled car. All fueling stations will be issued exchangeable power packs and readily charged packs for customers to replace with convenience and efficiency. A service Job will be needed for each station to manually change out power packs and properly restack them for charging and reuse. Some may install automatic power pack exchanging systems that do it by themselves.

6. Our call center will be in a central location and require over 2,000 sales agents for customer service. We will hire them from local communities and pay them 500 dollars a week. What a coincidence they can buy a car every week for that pay, not too bad.

According to our feasibility study the effects of a project of this magnitude have an amazing effect on our

economy and environment. The potential benefit is far too great not to invest substantial resources and time into seeing this project become real. The estimated earnings could potentially reach into the billions in 2 to 3 years, even more if people buy into the environmental urgency. We aren’t talking about a project that will help change things. We are talking about a project that will change and fix things. Many of the environmental effects we are experiencing are due to extreme carbon emissions being sent into the atmosphere. If we stop polluting we can save the world, or not and “hasta la vista baby!”

This project is potentially a multibillion dollar industry. The funding to make this project successful is

insignificant to the amount of people we will help and the money that will be paid to investors for their support. We are talking about a project that could keep old cars on the road indefinitely while making cars affordable for everyone.

If you look at the feasibility study you will see that that there is over a 20% profit margin just on the transaction of the cars being bought and sold. Then there is the profit we will receive from the insurance companies for providing services. There is also a large profit margin from the mechanical end of the business, with all of the upgrades and repairs. This project will be self-sustaining after its initial starting phase.

The majority of funding for this project will be through a federal funded program approved by congress and will have a massive growth potential for possible overseas incentive after successfully establishing our program here in the USA.

Feasibility testing was performed by ___________ University and signed by _______Dean. Our methods Justification was tested by first evaluating the risks that are involved with automatic payment after a title was approved and we wondered what the possibility of someone sending a stream of titles that were clear but the car had been destroyed or recycled and collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bad titles, but we found a solution.

We limited the software to only be able to do 2 cars a day, per person and made the person enter their state ID# for verification. This then only allowed a minimum loss of under a thousand dollars, which could easily be recovered in a small claims court. We also thought of the idea that we could have the titles searched through the car fax webpage by simply indicating in the software to include that the title search for that as well. This too limited the liability of paying out to unqualified cars.

The assessment of the convenience to simply type in a few pieces of information, then automatically be paid for a barely working, if not at all working car did not seem like a positive feasibility, but then we considered the value of most non-working cars and decided that even if the car does not work it still may have been a good investment. So we eliminated that pitfall in our study.

Next we looked at the possibility of setting up accounts with mechanics across the country and having fixed prices for installations and repairs. So we called a few mechanics and did some surveys and found that if they are receiving sufficient volume of work from us then they would be willing to take a hit every once in a while. That then made us conclude that this step in the idea would be feasible as well.

The Idea that cars could be continually repaired and upgraded then sent back through the system to be resold at the same price as it was before the first upgrade would mean that the car would run much longer and would be economically efficient for the environment.

We further considered the high demand and need for more efficient electric vehicles that can compete with today’s combustible engine in price, efficiency, speed and distance. In order to prove that our method and technology was more efficient in every field we performed several experiments with a 500 dollar Junker that we replaced the combustion engine with our high performance electric hub engine, easy to stack power packs, high output watt amp, and power supply monitor. The results were better than predicted. The car easily reached speeds of 80 and 90 miles per hour and because we could stack as many power packs as could fit on or in the car, the car was able to drive further and just as fast due to speed limits on the same fueling stop, also the time it took to refuel was faster because all it took to refuel was having someone pull off the light weight power pack and restack them with fully charged power packs in just a few moments. We even thought about developing an automatic full power pack exchange machine that can take the used packs out and put in fully charged powered packs within seconds. We then measured the Refueling time for the combustion engines and found they could only be refueled at the speed of the pump. The cost to refuel the electric car was cheaper due to the inexpensive cost to recharge a power pack off the power grid, the cost averaged 1 dollar every 20 to 30 miles of travel. We also tested durability and reliability and out lasted the combustion engine.

The fact that an electric engine is very simple in the fact that it is just a few charged magnets rotating on an alternating current meant that there was less vibration and temperature to ware down the engine, therefor electric engine was able to sustain itself longer. The need for chemical coolants and maintenance was much cheaper than the combustion engine. All that was required to sustain the electric engine was a steady current of electricity and a little oil. Everything else was the same as far as electric components like steering, air, or radio.

In conclusion the feasibility of this Idea is very sound and has a high profitability margin through average or

lower class workers. Economically we suggest that the need for this kind of business is far too great not to invest substantial funding into this program. It is highly feasible that a project of this magnitude could have a positive effect on the environment and the world’s economy eliminating the need for fossil fuels and combustion engines. Evaluation will be an integral part of the project and is designed to determine the success of the program as

well as monitor ongoing project operations. The evaluation design is the result of the collaboration with Professor __________ from _________ University and his students, who will monitor the ongoing success and creation of linking the software components that will allow our network webpage to function on every level that meets each of the following success criterions set in the project evaluation format.

The presentation of the evaluation design is in chronological order of the due dates for objectives, and the numbers do not correspond with those in the previous objectives.

Process Objectives Process objectives are the activities and products to make the project objectives possible. Each will be

evaluated as follows:

1. Webpage functionality will connect us to The DMV, to the banks, to the insurance companies and to the buyers and sellers of the cars with full access through any electronic device by the end of the first month. The success criterion is the testing and written approval of professor _______ of the web design class, the project director and the Chief Operating Officer of the company.

2. By the end of the second month a call center will be established in an economic location. The success of the location will be based on finding the right facility at the most affordable price with unanimous board approval.

3. By the end of the second month contracts with Mechanics across the country will be in place through sign ups online. Success will be assured by adding incentives for mechanics to sign up. The success criterion will be having sufficient mechanics to cover the expanse of the country.

4. By the end of the 3rd month we will become a certified insurance provider for several car insurance companies and list all of the insurance companies on our sight to add to our revenues and profit margin. Success criteria will involve filling out all of the paperwork and being approved by the insurance companies to list their insurance companies on our web site.

5. By the end of the 3rd and 4th month we will have electric power packs available at all stations ready for exchange by newly upgraded electric hub cars. Success criteria will be government purchasing batteries and making it law that all stations have a supply of rechargeable power packs for electric cars and confirmation from manufactures that they have been distributed.

By the end of the 5th month:

6. We will begin a massive marketing campaign to get over ten million subscribers. The success criteria will be starting a new trend through media, TV and viral videos that are approved by the creative director and marketing director.

Project objectives

7. Refueling time, distance, cost and speed are the primary components needed in order to claim success of the

project. The following list testing criteria on how those objectives will be met through approval from account executives and engineers.

a. Distance of travel will be achieved by developing long lasting power packs that hold a stable charge for

40 to 60 miles of travel and are easily recharge. Testing the distance on the standard charge of a power pack will be tested on several different vehicles with different weight loads to ensure standards and average distances are met.

b. Speed of travel is and average top speed of 80 and 90 miles an hour. This will be achieved by testing different standards of electric engines with high watt output differentials to determine the most efficient amplifiers and electric engines to be used as the standard equipment, keeping cost and efficiency in mind. Success will be determined by achieving the standard speed of 80 to 90 miles per hour for each car while staying within a set budget range for production.

c. Refueling time is essential to being superior to combustion engines. In order to determine success, refueling must be achieved in less than 4 minutes. Testing will be timing the average speed to exchange

500 Dollar Junker ™ ® {Meredith 2015 © copyright} | Confidential

10

power packs versus using fuel from a pump. Times will be recorded and published to demonstrate success.

d. Cost we will keep average costs in the budget criteria by testing engine quality and output against cost. Negotiating the most affordable and efficient deal will be determined through research and number crunching determined by account specialist and mechanical engineers.

The Capabilities of our organization range from computer programmers to mechanical engineers. The

capability of our organization is years ahead of its time, it possesses the vision, motivation and drive to see this project become a reality.

Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Meredith is the visionary of the dream that one day all cars and transportation will be electric. He is renowned for his ability to think outside the realm of normal minds. He is responsible for several other proposal designs that are currently at work in federal grants and programs that are having world changing effects on this world. There are several other staff members with the same visionary capabilities.

One engineer you may have heard of is PHD _______ who has designed several components for batteries and engines that are currently being used today. He will be overseeing the development of the standard light weight performance power packs that will be interchangeable and efficient for the purpose of replacing combustion engines.

We will Be using _______ Law firm for the contractual agreement that will be used for mechanics and the government engine exchange program. They are renowned for their ability to make the most binding and clear agreements between businesses that will also benefit our program goals and objectives.

Marketing and advertising will be handled though ________ agency and they are developing a campaign that will create a trend in renewable energy cars using media and political leaders to support the cause. The director of the agency has connections to the president and several congressmen that will also help create more funding for the program.

Customer service will be outsourced for the time being by _______ customer service agency and will handle the bulk of any problems we have with our purchasing and transferring of titles and insurance.

Web page and software development could run in excess of $80,000 dollars in developing the program. This

funding will be used to pay a software developing firm provided by the federal government and will cover the domain and networking of the webpage.

The other high dollar Item in our budget is the sales and marketing headquarters which could run in excess of $700,000 and some change for one 2,000 agents who will be contacting mechanics and arranging service contracts for converting all old combustion engines into high performance electric hub engines. This will also cover some of the marketing needed but not all.

The budget needed for marketing and advertising is estimated to run in excess of $4,000,000. And will cover high quality TV commercials, newspaper, ratio and internet. We may even use future car magazines to do a lot of our ads. This price is a low end estimate of what the actual cost may be and does not account for all of the variables and price differences between different agencies. The budget would pay for about 3 months of advertising and will in itself pay for its expense in costs.

The electric engines and equipment needed for converting the cars is undetermined and could run in the billions depending on how many cars do the conversion. The engine scrap that will come from the millions of cars that are converted will help offset the cost and pay much of the expense.

Because the power packs won’t actually belong to the customers the federal government will have to be responsible for replacing any power packs that pass their expiration and need replaced. A tax will be in place that will cover this cost and will be partly generated by the $2 fee to exchange power packs. The actual cost to charge them is pennies. The taxes recovered from those profits will cover the repairs and replacement of defective packs used. Only one universal high performance will be the standard of power pack that will be used on all car that become electric or currently are.

The Insurance companies we feature on our webpage will pay us for the referrals and new customers we send them as providers but there may be business finances that need to be paid to become licensed.
