In a microwave safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave. Microwave until melted. On a piece of wax paper make chocolate circles with a spoon, they should be the size of a quarter. Place the trail mix on top of the chocolate drops. Press them down into the chocolate lightly. Let the chocolate bites dry for about 40-60 minutes. Place in a refrigerator for faster results. Cardio & More ClassesPush: Athletic Circuit training utilizing Kettle bells, Jump Ropes, Speed latter, and other equipment, in conjunction with Calisthenics, plyometrics, and isometric movements. Instructor:Jon Archuleta Tues & Thur. 12-1p ($5 donation based) Mayhem: Muscle work with cardio intervals. Instructor: Donna Gillingham Mon. 12-1p Cardio Blast : Full hour of Cardio Cross-Training to lively music. Includes Warm up, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Core Work and Stretches. Modifications for beginners and advanced members. Have fun while getting strong and cardio-fit! Instructor: Erika. Focus is on abdominals, obliques, back and full body stretches. All movements are done fluidly, while focusing on inhalation and exhalation. Class begins with a warm up and a standing cool down.
