1. FEES FEES FEES

This of course is for sellers. EBay Fees, includingpaypal fees range from a minimum of 13%-15% persale. Now if you have to refund a sale Ebay will stillcharge you fees but credit your account after therefund has gone through.

So lets say you sell an Item for $50. 15% of that 5odollars would be $7.50. So if you were selling anitem you got for 30 bucks and sold it at a mark up of20 then you profit would be 20-7.50= 12.50 would beyour gross profit that you have made minus all theEBay and Paypal Fees.

 

 

 

 

2. Pictures

 

Another healthy tip for sellers/vendors. Especially when starting outthere are people that get frustrated quite a bit because when theyupload a pic they have to keep resizing and resizing that pic to fit EBaystandards.

Ebay wants all there picture to be at least 500 pixels wide.

So if you find that you have taken a picture that seems to be less thanthe standard requirement do not fret simply go to paint if you have a PC(I have no idea was MAC people use, their weird), click on resize andtype in 500 pixels as shown below.
