The aim of this Mastermind Group is to equip people who find themselves in Leadership and

management roles to rise to higher and more effective levels of Leadership.

Most people are promoted to their first leadership role mainly because of their technical skills and

guidelines on how to lead your team and help your team members become effective Leaders.This

Mastermind Group is packed with real life examples. You will learn practical techniques that will

provide you a frame of reference to improve your personal Leadership skills.
