Bench mark is in the top of a small boulder that projects 12-inches above the ground surface, at the crest of a hill, about 1 m above the road, 114.0 m (374.0 ft) northeast of the center of a service road leading southwest, 41.0 m (134.5 ft) northeast of the northeast end of the “Children’s Fire Trail” highway pullout, about 15 m southwest of sign labeling pullout for westbound traffic, and 10.4 m (34.1 ft) northwest of the centerline of the highway.
