IT outsourcing is about aligning operating model, delivery processes, retained organisation, technologies, and the vendor portfolio
Successful IT outsourcing is not a one time, discrete event, but a continuous process of improvement and development
As such, others’ IT sourcing models are good inspiration to identify possible scenarios but it is alignment that sets successful companies apart – not the actual sourcing model
