What Is an Enterprise?

An enterprise is a systm of people, equi pment, material, data, policies, and pro cedures that provides a product or a se

rvice, often with the goal of making profit

An enterprise has owners or sponsors who invest money in the organization with the expectation of future finanial r

eward or some other benefit.
