The early nineties was
characterised by a strategic
decision to transform the
company into a leading group in
the hospitality industry. Initially
the Seabank Hotel comprised
80 twin rooms, a pizzeria, pool
bar, restaurant and lounge bar
facilities.

In late 1993 the Group acquired the Tunny Net complex, which is strategically located on the water’s edge some 200 metres away from the Hotel. During 1994/95, the building was completely demolished and a new complex constructed, comprising an a la carte restaurant, pub, disco club, beach lido and water sports facilities.

In line with the Group’s
expansionist strategy, the Porto
Azzurro complex was acquired
in 1995. It incorporates a 99
room aparthotel complex
supported with various
amenities. During 1998, a
further 25 hotel rooms were
added to this complex. Part of
this complex is today offered on
timeshare basis. Porto Azzurro Resort Complex
